Ai-sha was superb and excellent! Her attention to detail and communication skills were fantastic. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was so helpful, even picking us up from the train station which allowed a good test drive. The whole experience was smooth and hassle free mostly due to Ai-sha ensuring we had all the information we needed in advance. A huge asset to Vertu Toyota Doncaster!

Up grading my CHR hybrid
My whole experience today was relaxing and happy .Ai-sha Mahmood was my sales person and she was so helpful throughout the full process of the car sale. Her customer skills are excellent and a credit to the company.
I must add that all the staff that I encountered at the Doncaster branch were a pleasure to deal with and are a credit to the company.

Excellent service from Toyota Doncaster once again
The sales person I dealt with Julie Webster, really listened to my needs and found the perfect car for me. The whole process was really straightforward and everything explained in detail. I needed a new car quickly due to my previous Toyota being a write off in an accident and my new car was readily available for the time I needed. Everything was explained clearly and I found the whole experience stress free. I bought my first Toyota more than 10 years ago and have always found them very attentive to my needs, would not go anywhere else.

Land Cruiser Commercial - top marks
I was very lucky to purchase the one Land Cruiser Commercial that the Doncaster Vertu branch had allocated. Koby, the Sales Executive I dealt with was helpful and efficient throughout. I'm delighted with the vehicle and the sales process - The Sales Manager even called over to say thanks for the purchase, which was a nice touch. Excellent, would highly recommend.

The best Toyota Dealer ever!
The best Toyota Dealer I have ever traded with!
The showroom was beautifully set out, always with a happy smiling greeter by the door who offered the tastiest coffee etc.
The toilet facilities were ultra clean and had a lovely fragrance!
The sales lady was amazing...
Friendly, competent, really helpful and always gave me her honest opinions!
She was extremely supportive
throughout my purchase,
I couldn't have wished for a better experience and can totally recommend 'Vertu' for Toyota motoring!

First Class Service
The team at Doncaster provided us with exceptional customer service throughout the process, from initially viewing the car, the test drive, placing the order, right through to delivery, we experienced knowledgeable,professional, yet personal service, which is all too rare these days.
At handover Mo was lovely, kind and patient whilst introducing me to my new car….the ultimate professional.
