We can’t fault our experience in buying our new car from Vertu motors (Vauxhall Newcastle Stamph Road) Earl showed us around he didn’t put any pressure on us to buy a car. He was so polite knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.(without confusing us with too much information). Even now that we’ve got our car they’ve made us feel like if we needed to go back for any reason that it would be ok and we would be made to feel very welcome. Great users cars at all prices
I was looking for a first car for my son, and spent ages browsing, inquiring, and worrying whether the cars I was looking at were going to be good for my son, as well as my wallet.
I spotted a car at Vertu Vauxhall that ticket all of the boxes, and because it was from a reputable dealer, with a free years warranty, it seemed like a no brainer to look at.
Earl, who served me was great. No car sales pressure, just great information about the car, going through all of the documentation he had, as well as looking a little deeper when I had questions.
My son is now the very happy owner of a Corsa.
