I personally dealt with Fraser, his communication was spot on, he was nice and friendly to approach, happy to answer any questions, he has the car prepped and ready to go on collection day.

So I 100% recommend Vertu.

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Golf 2020 eTSI from Vertu Mansfield and had a genuinely excellent experience. I traded in my Mini Cooper (which I had also bought from Vertu Durham), and the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

Jonathan and Brett were incredibly helpful throughout — friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with every question. They guided me through the options, made sure everything was clear, and never pushed for anything unnecessary. I really appreciated how straightforward and supportive the whole interaction was.
