We have just purchased our 5th XC60…
We have just purchased our 5th XC60 from VERTU Volvo Truro. Our association with Volvo in Penryn and Truro goes back a generation. Over the years staff have become friends. Our salesman Chris Chapman,a relatively new member of staff, was excellent in guiding us through all the tasks which are exclusively dealt with by the internet. It must be said dealing with the Volvo system was not straightforward but Chris sorted the numerous queries immediately as and when they happened. He was always on hand to guide us through the numerous bells and whistles with our new car which we are delighted to with.

Volvo at Truro, a very pleasant experience
Very welcoming staff who were very approachable and helpful, the forecourt and showrooms were impeccable.
All cars were unlocked and we were made aware that we could sit in each car and then take a test drive if we wanted to, it was a very pleasant experience.

From the time my wife and I visited the Truro branch we were treated well. We dealt with Charlie Roberts who was a very likeable young man and has excellent product knowledge.Charlie took us on a test drive and explained various features of the XC40 to us.We felt very comfortable in Charlies company which is not always the case with salesman. It was our first visit to Volvo Truro everyone was helpful and the showroom is beautiful. We were made to feel valued customers at every stage and would not hesitate to recommend this outlet to any of our friends or family.We are delighted with our car and thank all the staff at Vertu Volvo Truro for making our visit such a pleasant one.

Not bought a Volvo before
Not bought a Volvo before. Wasn't sure before I arrived if they would have the right car for the right price for me but the excellent welcome, information, service etc from the sales person (Chris) really made such a difference. I now proudly own a Volvo.
