I live 300miles away and will be buying my next Volvo from them both.

Bought a new car from Vertumotors and from start to finish they were very helpful and informative. The purchase was explained clearly and concisely. The staff were friendly and efficient. Would recommend highly.

We have never dealt with Volvo/Vertu Motors, but I have to say that the experience was wonderful. Christopher Malton was lovely all the way through our purchase and nothing was too much trouble. I never envisaged buying a brand new car at any time in my life, until I went to Vertu Landrover. With the service & friendliness of Vertu Motors Scorrier, it was so easy, so i did. Everyone at Vertu is so nice especially Nathan Fitzgerald, who I always go straight to when buying my last 3 cars. I had no intention of changing my previous Range Rover but Nathan asked me to come up and have a chat & a coffee, because Vertu were doing unbelieveable deals at this moment in time & he wanted to tell me about them. I did, and now I have a beautiful brand new Range Rover which Im over the moon with. I woudnt have done this without Nathan. Everyone should just go for a viewing and (and a coffee) & just see what Vertu Land Rover have to offer. Top Company to deal with.

I have been using Volvo Truro since 2007. Throughout this time I have all ways encountered a warm and friendly team. In fact they seem more like an extended family. I have never felt that I am being pressured into doing something or accepting anything from them. Today I picked up another used car from them. The experience was amazing. Charlie was patient, knowledgeable and easy to do business with. He kept to his word and the car was presented ready for collection without any fuss. A huge thank you the unseen team who valeted and prepped the car.

I arrived at the appointment for a routine car service. I was met by the receptionist who introduced me to my personal service representative who checked my requirements and sought an additional issue that needed attention.
I elected to remain at the garage and was provided with complimentary refreshments and use of Wi-Fi.
Updates on progress along with a service check video of my car was provided.
The work was completed as expected with a complimentary wash and interior vacuuming.
Pleasant and helpful staff who responded happily to my requests.

Cant fault anything.

Elliot and Kathryn are brillant very knowledgeable and gets things sorted, unlike other dealerships I've been to in the past.

Highly recommended felt welcome and got told to always pop in if pasting anytime :) you dont get that anywhere!

Avoid at all cost!!!

I bought a car from Vertu Volvo Truro. All seemed fine, I'm not a mechanic I have not looked underneath it to check all is good. Got healthcheck done few weeks after to find out that I need all new clutch, rear backing plates are badly corroded and front disc pads corroded and low too. They are not even looking to address the clutch issue. I cannot believe how do you sleep at night scamming people!!! You should've been ashamed. Avoid. Better companies out there to buy cars from.

After a difficult start I’ve been back to truro for paintwork to be done and found the best customer service ever. My thanks to manager Tom and Chris Dawson who ensured that I was looked after from start to finish. Everything was completed to a very high standard and im very impressed

Really nice showroom, lovely staff, very welcoming, was having my XC90 T8 serviced, booked it through the app and all went very well.
Until that is it was completed and time to collect, they were still all very polite and friendly, told us all was done and the car was fine but as I walked out to the car I noticed damage to the front bumper, that was most defiantly not there when I left it with them.
One of the managers came out, looked at the car, agreed that the damage was obviously fresh and that he would organize one of the specialist dents away people that they use to come out to me to repair and that he would be in touch, that was a week ago, still waiting for a phone call let alone a date when it will be repaired.
So an initial great experience marred and then made worse by the fact that I am going to have to chase them now.
