Not bought a Volvo before
Not bought a Volvo before. Wasn't sure before I arrived if they would have the right car for the right price for me but the excellent welcome, information, service etc from the sales person (Chris) really made such a difference. I now proudly own a Volvo.

From the moment you go into Vertu Volvo they are very helpful and knowledgeable and actively listen to you to better understand the requirements that you consider important. I was impressed that that the managers on both occasions ensured that they introduced themselves. We received excellent service from the sales team. From the moment we walked into the showroom with a raft of questions (which were all answered with in depth knowledge) to handing over the keys to our new Volvo we couldn't fault the team at Volvo Truro.

The salesman Joe was excellent throughout the whole process of buying the EX40. Provided clear information about the finance options as well as vehicle specifications. Kept me informed throughout the build and delivery time and was helpful in providing the earliest delivery date. No request was too small. 10 out of 10.

Exceptional service
I bought a Volvo for the first time about a year ago, and honestly I’m blown away by the fabulous service at the Truro branch. My father died yesterday and I needed to make a long journey, having a slow puncture I popped into Vertu who put it straight into the service centre and gave it a once over to ensure it was safe to drive. It needed new brake pads, a new tyre and one puncture repair, all done within an hour. I am so grateful to them for doing that, and this is not my first positive experience with the service team. I have also used the Volvo recovery service which is second to none. I think I’ve become a lifetime convert to Volvo.
Thanks Team Vertu, it’s great to have a dealer and brand you can trust.

Exceptional service as usual from Truro Volvo
Joesph Venn in the sales department knew exactly what I was looking for when replacing my XC90, with discussions between Simon Spong in servicing they came up with the perfect match for me with the XC40 model. Joe has been particularly helpful making the switch, smooth and not stressful, he couldn’t have been more efficient and friendly.

Whole experience.
From the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted by the team with respect and curtesy. The team member Joseph Venn we delt with was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. Joseph answered all our questions and queries. Joseph never at any point put pressure on us to purchase. He gave us his contact number for any future queries, which we used. We went away and called a couple of times. He never made us feel as if we were wasting his time. Overall an stress free and pleasant experience.
