Disappointed
I need to buy for ordered product one detail (because at first one thing went broken), but they wont sell. I need to buy whole product again. Anyway, they can send new detail if something goes wrong with shipping. This is weird. Next time I will lie :D

DO NOT USE - WORST company I have ever used on line. There is virtually no customer service. Its impossible to talk to a person on the phone. I returned an order using their courier and they said they never received it and won't give me a refund. Steer clear.

We bought terrace furniture. It was very bad quality and it was impossible to assemble it. We completed the required forms for return and did it though their own service. But we did not get any refund. We wrote to their representative in Estonia but for feedback we got google translated irrelevant answers. We still wait our money!!!

One order was well-received but broke…
One order was well-received but broke really quickly.
When filled out the complaint and wanted to order new parts, nothing happened. Then I emailed their customer support to ask about my claim and they just replied with a standard email.
When emailed second, third and fourth time, I did not receive a reply from their customer support.
All in all - order came alright but once problems occur this website is pointless.
