Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. The installed unit has manufacturer's fault, confirmed by two independent engineers, but Vokera refuses to resolve the problem. They won't even honour their 5 years warranty. Shockingly rude customer service. Have never experienced anything like that. Other engineers adviced Vokera service dept is trained to treat customers such way. Do yourselves a favour and avoid them at all cost if you don't want to be left in a freezing house without the service in the middle the winter.

DO NOT USE FIXED FEE REPAIR SERVICE

IN RELATION TO REPLY BELOW FROM VOKERA NO ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION WAS OFFERED. THIS IS UNTRUE AND THEIR REPLY SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT THE CREDIBILITY OF THIS COMPANY. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO AVAIL OF THIS SERVICE. THERE WAS ONE SIMPLE ISSUE THAT THEY COULD NOT REPAIR DESPITE TAKING FULL FEE AND NOT REFUNDING BALANCE AS PER THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
I advise anybody not to use the Fixed Fee Service in Ireland. I paid for a repair in December. It still doesn't work,and I have now been informed that they will not refund balance of money due to me as per Terms & Conditions despite calling them back within a month. I am now resorting to Legal Action. It is my opinion that this service is a ripoff.

We understand that there are two unrelated issues with the appliance. One of these is unrepairable due to access around the appliance. An alternative solution was offered but declined.

Difficult to contact support to register boiler for warranty but excellent customer service response as soon as I got to speak to a rep. No major issues to date

Alex & Danielle - great ambassadors for Vokera Ireland...! :-)

Vokera Ireland have provided our domestic gas central heating boiler, since 2007, which runs very well, serving 15 radiators. On every service visit, each technician knew exactly what they were doing. On this recent service, last week, Alex not only was an obvious expert, but he was happy to share advice on ways to improve the system and how to avoid problems. He did not waste time, got our air vessel issue resolved and explained how pressure loss gradually occurred, with many radiators in use, since our last service, three years ago.... my fault! Alex was excellent and pleasant and explained what I needed to know, about managing the boiler - a credit to Vokera.
A good company, with good machines and good people...
