Incredibly efficient
Contacted them via email to cancel my policy and in a few hours received an email back saying it was cancelled and advising me to also cancel my direct debit. If only all companies where so efficient.

It's poor service compare to others…
It's poor service compare to other providers. you need to arrange shipment (including packaging and payment) yourself. other then address nothing is provided. Phone then will be repaired and sent back to you. Other providers send you new (replacement) phone and collect old/broken at the same time. A lot of hassle for premium insurance with such a high excess.
