Super fast service for broken phone.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry that you feel this is expensive, however, we do feel that we are competitive in our pricing as WCS does provide a high level of customer service and our policy terms include using manufacturer parts rather than copy parts for repairs etc, which many other mobile insurers don't.

Michelle handled my claim with utmost…
Michelle handled my claim with utmost respect. From the beginning to the end of the process was incredible. I was a victim of pick pocket and when I reported it, they sent me the forms to fill. The whole process took about two weeks and they sent me a new handset after providing all the needed documents.
