I have never forgotten what the coach said at a workshop: “It’s not what you did, it’s what you do next that counts”. Such positive, very helpful advice when I’m feeling liked I’ve failed.

As a member, I did not appreciate how some of the U.S. virtual coaches were terminated without saying good bye to the members. However its a company that has a great product.

Keep it simple

I am 77, been doing WW on and off since my 20's. I made goal in 1978 and have kept it off.
There have been many changes, unfortunately not all, for the better. Closing meetings was a big mistake.
My mother who was a WW her entire life would turn over in her grave if she knew WW offered drugs. I can’t say I'm a fan of all the changes. You need to listen to us.

The coaches are the reason we keep…

The coaches are the reason we keep coming back. They are knowledgeable. They inspire and support, going beyond the meetings to elevate the group. Our coach has led us through Sun runs and fun runs, waiting at the finish line to cheer every last person to victory. Reaching our fitness and wellness goals are as important as the meetings and program.

The company is not supportive or reasonable. The workshops have become so limited that few can attend. Prices have continued to rise while services have remained close to Covid levels. Our workshop was combined and condensed with another so that we can be up to 80 people in one room. The changes and updates to the app seem to be the priority, rather than addressing the basic requests of members.

Love the flexibility of the program

Love the flexibility of the program, tracking is super easy. Questions or problems answered or solved with just a phone call and best of all it’s a live person. Not being a teck person, means I usually require help and it’s easily available and they walk you through it step by step. Virtual meetings and in person meeting makes it easier to attend when your schedule changes.

Disappointed 😞

The rollout for the new program has been terrible 5 months later still experiencing issues. I feel the cut backs of in studio meetings and not at all in areas very poor support for members. On the positive side, the addition of the new macros are amazing 👏

Super Saturday Morning Group

Coach Jody is the best one that I have had in all the years off and on coming to Weight Watchers. She's friendly and very supportive & talks to everyone in the meeting as well as her to helpers Nicole & Jessica. I couldn't ask for more supportive teams & all the people that attend are great as well.

I love many of the coaches

I love many of the coaches ; Lauren, Michael, Alyse are my favorites. Hannah, Sherry and Olivia are wonderful additions as well. Unfortunately, I have to click off too often due to waaaay too much time being taken up by members with incredibly, long, whiny and repetitive stories. I prefer the workshops that focus on recipes , demos and walk and talk where members are focused on a topic that does not revolve around them and their psychological issues.
