Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 77 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the staff, especially the coaches, for their helpfulness, support, and inspiring guidance in both in-person and virtual settings. Many people find the app to be amazing, informative, and easy to use, appreciating its tools for tracking and understanding eating habits. The product itself is highly regarded, with many users crediting it for their success and finding the workshops to be a valuable and motivating experience. However, some customers expressed dissatisfaction with recent changes to the app, specifically mentioning that it now requires more clicks to see point values and that the desktop application is no longer available. A few people also noted issues with the service, such as long lines at in-person meetings due to insufficient staff and some virtual coaches cutting off clients during discussions.

I have never forgotten what the coach said at a workshop: “It’s not what you did, it’s what you do next that counts”. Such positive, very helpful advice when I’m feeling liked I’ve failed.

As a member, I did not appreciate how some of the U.S. virtual coaches were terminated without saying good bye to the members. However its a company that has a great product.

I'm very happy to be a member of ww

I'm very happy to be a member of ww. I started at a very high weight,it was the highest I've ever been. I've been a weight watchers member many times, since I've been in my early teens, when I joined 7-8 years ago I was ready, but I never thought I'd ever lose 100 lbs in my life, but I did I want to lose 50 more lbs,but I can't do that without ww and,the in studio meeting. The coach and the members is my second family and I will always be a member never giving up or quitting as long as I'm alive.

Having great coaches

Having great coaches, virtually and in person (soon where I live)! Even through my struggles in the last couple years, I stuck too it. Now getting back to my old mindset and losing again. The app is also a great tool!

Not pleased with the app

Not pleased with the app. Too challenging to adjust entries. Too difficult to add similar food from day before for a “different “ meal ie wanted to enter meal from prior day’s dinner to lunch the next day. Doesn’t give me the option. Not intuitive - I want to “create a meal” from the entry from a different day and I cannot figure out how to do this.

Weight ins for lifetime members

I don't like as a lifetime member having to get weighed every month. I am 77 and it is hard to go to the closest workshop. It is quite far from my home and between the price of gas and the distance it is very hard for me. It used to be you didn't have to get weighed monthly. This is one of the reasons that WW is losing people. There should be closer workshops but all the ones that were near me no longer exist.
