Beautiful quality clothing
Beautiful quality clothing - all absolutely stunning and feel to be great material. I accidently made a mistake on my order regarding sizing and they where very happy to cancel the line and send refund to re-order. I decided to not do this as it was a size too big which little people will grow into. Delivery was fab and in good timing.
Overall, very impressed!

I love how original and colourful the bag is. It’s much better quality than the kids’ bags with movie characters. My son also feels more confident because he can secure the straps at the front, so he can run and cycle freely without worrying about his bag.

We love the polar bear backpack for our…
We love the polar bear backpack for our child, it is so colourful and it looks durable. The issue we have is with the buckle fastening which is tricky for my 4 year old to open. I hope the bag will last her through primary school so this size was better than smaller bags but I wonder if a different fastening would make it easier for all to open?

Request to cancel one item accidentally put in basket and checked out within 4 minutes of placing order. Order dispatched the same day with wrong item. Customer service reverted days later saying it was too late to cancel.

Very easy to order and quick to arrive. Good communication re updates.
But I should have read the returns policy! The shoes I ordered for my granddaughter were too large and I have to pay to return them which may cost a bit as shoes are quite heavy.

So disappointed, pending delivery
So disappointed, I ordered almost 3 weeks ago for my son's birthday but the order has not arrived yet. My son's birthday was last Friday! It was an international order, I wish they had estimated delivery date at the time of ordering!
