This service is excellent for people like me who usually can't be bothered to follow things up. Everything was taken out of my hands, dealt with,and I was kept informed throughout the process. My refund was deposited in my bank within the agreed time frame.

Very fast and efficient
Very fast and efficient. I did the tax refund request myself and got turned down. They did it and two weeks later it got approved! I waited about a further two weeks to receive my refund straight into my bank account. Really happy with the service

Wasn't sure about emailing my bank details so I rang them instead. Got through to them in the end and spoke to a freindly chap who managed to get things sorted. Money was paid into my account the following week. Happy days..

Good, but pricey
While I received a quick resolution to my claim, the fees were almost half the amount I was awarded. While I appreciate they have done the leg work, no courts, lawyers or legal wrangling would have been involved. But I must stress, they did do a good job, and the fees were explained up front.
