Easy to claim
Claim was so easy, done everything via email. 8 weeks from claim and money was paid directly into bank account. I was a little unsure after reading some reviews but honestly it's the easiest process.

Happy in the end
They got the tax back on the PPI refund i received a few years back. Payment took a while but the lovely lady on the phone explained that they had received a large volume of refunds from HMRC so there was a bit of a delay with payments.
I think they have gotton rid of the useless overseas call centre and are now using UK staff, as i spoke to a girl called Lisa every time i called who was really helpful and give me confidence back in the service. I got my money and was happy.
the whole process took 6 weeks from start to finish.

Reds Flag Raised
I have checked with HMRC and the cheque was given for amount these guys reckoned, they sent an email asking for my bank details, not wanting to send them via email, I tried to call, the number from the website and the the email drop into a black hole, Now the red flag has been raised will get HMRC to cancel and send me the cheque instead.

Verging on a scam
Very quick to offer a service, however no refund has been given. Constant emails saying they have tried to refund but the bank details are incorrect, sent the correct details 6 times and still receiving these emails. Also rang, promises of return phone calls never happen. Bet they are keeping the interest on the money they have from me!! Going on since March. Would not recommend them unless you just want to give your money away!!

Slow payment
They have had my refund cheque from HMRC for nearly 2 months now but no payment to me.
Very slow to answer any form of communication.
Would not recommend.
