Since having our conservatory roof fitted with a solid tiled roof and box gutter between bungalow and conservatory the gutter has leaked 4 times even after a extra outlet was fitted now trying to claim on insurance backed guarantee John Collins Filey

We paid a significant deposit (of our very hard earned money) in early December 2023. Work was supposed to start in 3 days time 29.01.24. Phone calls suddenly not returned and we are left to find out that they are no longer trading by scouring the internet for information. To say we are disappointed is
an understatement. It is hard to decide whether this company is completely inept at cash flow management or just downright deceitful. Companies of similar names are interlinked and need to be investigated.

Just been advised by the Building Control officer that this company have gone bust. DO NOT make any payment if you haven't already done so!

The whole process from submitting photographs, to the written quote and once we had agreed to go ahead the visit from their surveyor was very professional and timely.
The date of construction was set and they arrived and the care the men took in building and explaining everything was top quality.
The administrative side in obtaining the necessary certificate/insurance and payment was first class.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering having this work carried out.

Wetheralds came to install an awkward shaped roof on our conservatory and we are very pleased with their solution. They arrived on time and were very precise with all aspects of the job. So far an excellent job, lights installed and just waiting for a decorator. We would thoroughly recommend Wetheralds for a replacement roof. Our conservatory is a high quality timber one with an awkward design. Wetheralds came up with a solution that others couldn't. They then installed the new roof quickly and efficiently. Their team were really good and the company has been a pleasure to deal with throughout. No hesitation in recommending them.

We had a new solid tiled roof put onto our large conservatory, cutting into the existing bungalow roof, and we are so pleased with the result, this got rid of a nasty leaking box gutter and has improved the conservatory immensely. The lads that carried out the work were lovely, professional and so hard working, nothing was too much trouble for them. All cleaned up afterwards and we now just need to decorate.

We wanted to change our conservatory into a usable room so searched for a few reviews and made contact, the surveyor Paul came round, no hard sell just good information and explanation of whaT they could offer. Work started on agreed date and also completed when they said they would, all work was finished to a high standard and the final result is just what we asked for

We have had a glass roofed conservatory for 10 years but have hardly been able to use it as we are south facing and in the winter it has been freezing and in the summer it has regularly been over 100 degrees. We engaged Wetheralds to replace the glass roof with a custom solid one. The job took a week, the guys worked hard and clearly knew what they were doing. The final result is fantastic. The insulation that is in the roof now has made a huge difference and even during this cold spell the room is staying warm and usable. Can’t speak highly enough of this company, we are very satisfied.

Wetheralds have been with us for the last 5 1/2 days and have renovated our leaking (buckets on the floor), cold (Winter), hot (Summer) conservatory into a fine garden room which has been finished to perfection. We are truly delighted. All of the employees involved worked diligently and had a great eye for detail. Their workmanship and diverse skills were ever apparent and we were kept informed at all stages of the works. To say we are delighted is an understatement. The initial survey was much more thorough than those by the other companies that I contacted and picked up essential work needed to make the roof replacement work.
The work team arrived on the agreed date, worked hard and carefully, and cleaned up well at the end. They picked up a problem with the plastering (caused by higher than expected temperatures), pointed it out to me and told me that they had already arranged for the ceiling to be re-skimmed the following week. This was done as arranged with the office staff and the work was completed to a high standard.

Totally pleased with my new conservatory roof and associated work. Danny and Daz were so professional and friendly in all aspects of their work and completed the whole job in just 3 days.

We had a new lightweight roof installed on our conservatory and also on our porch.
We were pleased with the design and the standard of workmanship was very good. The men that did the work were very polite, consciencious and took pride in what they were doing and made sure that everything was to a good standard.
Overall we are very pleased with the results and even some of our neighbours have made complementary comments on the end result.

If I write a review it's because the service has either been dreadful or excellent. In this case it has been the latter - from start to finish Wetheralds fully deserve a 5 star rating, on top of many others.
Mark runs a very customer focused company and it was his professional and courteous manner that landed the job to rebuild our conservatory, together with the addition of a insulated solid roof. Danny and Darren were the 'A' team that came to do the work and both guys prove to be top class tradesmen. They worked through some horrendous conditions (the 2 recent storms) and didn't moan once throughout the job. To ensure they made up the time lost, due to weather conditions, they returned at the weekend to complete the project. They are both hard working, meticulous in both the building work and clearing up
afterwards; they both ensured that they checked with us first on several aspects of the work before going ahead with a fitting; no nonsense guys who get on with the job. Equally, the 2 electricians who subsequently installed the spotlights were just as reliable and courteous. Finally, I must mention Steph who is the company administrator and again demonstrated high standards of customer care, responding to any queries promptly and advice where necessary.
I definitely do recommend Wetheralds 100% for this type of work but understand they cover most aspects of building / refurbishment work.

Delighted with the garden room, both with the quality of the work and with the management of the project. Everything went to plan despite the terrible weather. Would recommend to everyone.

Everything was done to high standards professionally and efficiently. Work completed in the predicted time frame and everyone came and did their jobs when they were supposed to. All employees were polite, personable and hardworking. What more could you ask for?

we provided an area for the roof to be made which allowed the team do the construction quickly. Weather was dry which helped. The team of 2 were experienced ,pleasant &very efficient.Old roof off & new roof on in less than 3 days. Looks great. All old roof & surplus materials cleared & taken away after job completed. We are thrilled with the result.

They never relaid my roof tiles flat so my roof leaks. After care customer service is rubbish. Here I am again with a leak and 3 weeks after submitting a ticket and calling to chase I haven't had a response from them. Come on, is raining, I have had to turn electrics off again!
