Poor quality screen, low sensitivity, sits proud of the body, has pressure marks on it.
Had it replaced only for it to happen again, Refused refund unless I returned the screen (Practically impossible)
Went to apple after and paid for a proper replacement and was still refused a refund even after producing a works report.

If you never have to deal with the actual people who work here then your experience is probably ok. However, they are incredibly rude and disrespectful when answering the phones or even the online chats. They have zero concept of customer service. Perhaps it's a cultural thing for them that it's ok to be abrupt and disregarding of other people, but it is not acceptable for most others I believe. With regards to their repairs they do a good job and I suppose the only reason they still operate is because it is at a reasonable cost and perhaps people are willing to accept being treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer because of this. I will not be using them or recommending them ever again.

Excellent service! Contacted for a next day appointment to repair my smashed S10. Done in 40 mins, reasonable price and friendly service. Helpful responses to my questions when booking. Would definitely use again (although hopefully I'm more careful in the future!)

Got fantastic service at a very fair price. Took my completely dead 4-year old OnePlus 3 phone in, expecting to have to leave it till the next day. Was quoted £45 if it was the battery. The phone was immediately taken for examination, which I was told would take 5 minutes. When I went back a new battery was already almost installed. All in all, it couldn't have been more than 20 minutes in total. I was amazed. I didn't even expect them to have a battery in stock for such an old phone.

Absolutely recommend this shop , it was Peter I dealt with and he's a top man, had 2 order a part for my phone so he gave me a spare phone 2 use, even gave me a free phone cover , very good price for repair aswell much less then anyone else quoted, but I'm so pleased I went there would highly highly recommend them.

The first two times I used them I thought they were fantastic, despite the long, complicated journey to get to them. However I now realise why they are cheap and what was initially a pleasant experience turned quite nasty for no reason.

My screen started flickering a few months after my second 145 pound repair and then went completely white and stopped working. My partner who is an engineer identified it as an connection problem. As I had not dropped it, or got water on it I can only assume this was due to poor workmanship.

When we politely explained this to the owner he became quite aggressive and racist accusing us of trying to get a "freebie" and refused to repair it and hung up on me.

My partner uses iSmash who are polite, quick, inexpensive and much more accessible. They also offer a one year warrantee. I will be using them in future, the extra 30 quid is worth it to avoid the verbal abuse alone not to mention the convenience and peace of mind.

Lovely guy super quick friendly service and I got my horribly smashed phone back to perfect in no time for a great price would highly recommend ☺️

Took less than 20 minutes to replace my iPhone XR screen, quality looks almost as good as standard and at £99 far cheaper than everywhere else

Visited last Saturday for an Honor 10 Lite screen replacement of son's phone.& just asked him a week on if all is working OK & he said all working perfectly.
Excellent service, the guy is very nice, whilst there I saw about 5 people collecting repaired tech, iPhone, 2 i-pads , samsung phones - all happy customers.
I would definitely recommend for screen replacements.

Dropped my phone for the second time, screen was cracked. Looked up repairs and found this company. They were very helpful with the online assistant. Sent off the phone and chose the optional tempered screen replacement. Service was extremely quick and the quality of repair excellent. Great company will definitely use again and recommended to fellow people.

Fantastic! Fixed my Samsung S9 broken screen for much cheaper than other places. Friendly and helpful and it only took 20 minutes for my phone to be as good as new. Highly recommend!

10 minutes and my screen was fixed ! I spent quite a long time looking for the most affordable and best rated repair services I could find, because I’m “money cautious” like that, and I wasn’t disappointed; even went on an adventure to find the place, which was 1h25 minutes from where I live in London and had a great time! So, don’t hesitate to make the trip if you leave far and have nothing to do one day! The guy (the one I could see) was very helpful and bathroom was clean.

Popped in today after googling phone repairs near me and all i can say is in the future im not going anywhere else. They asked what was wrong, quoted me a price for my sons iphone screen replacement and length of time to repair. Very pleased to say it was done in 30 minutes including resetting back to factory (as id asked them to do) and for the price they had quoted.
