I've never written a review before but While You Wait Repairs has prompted me to do so. My cracked note 9 screen replaced within 30 minutes Unbelievable service and price highly recommended.

This was the worst repair shop I have ever been to.

I gave my ps4 in with a faulty HDMI port and they did a very poor job and also damaged the ps4's fan

This company is so helpful and the staff friendly and efficient.
I have used them twice and recommend them to everyone.

I will never use the again, it was a mistake.
They replaced the screeen of my mobile phone but it was a really bad job and the phone did not respond correctly after the repair.
They should have told me that they could not repair my phone (I learned later that only one place could do it) instead of doing a bad job.
Bad customer service

It was a mistake going here.
During the repair they accidentally ended up damaging another part of my phone, I complained about it so they told me to go back again. I did, and they could not fix that part of the phone, so they decided to blame it on me and claim that it was broken before the repair(Which since I am anonymous here anyways can guarantee you that it was not) when I tried explaining that it was working before, they just dismissed me and sent me away telling me to get a new phone.

Excellent Service. Turned up for my Appointment dropped off my iPhone. Went to grab a bite for lunch and when I returned my Phone was like new again. Very friendly and courteous vibes from all staff and reasonable prices. Will definitely be using this place again for any of my iPhone repairs and have even recommended it to my work colleagues..

I was informed prior to the repair of two options an original screen or oem, I was told the oem screen would cause intermittent responsiveness and I would need a hard reset, I figured the £50 difference for the odd reset wasn’t a bad deal. However this happened around 3-5 times a day. I think it seemed to happen every time I used applepay. This is arguably not the major problem I had with the repair, what happened in a few days was the replacement screen began to crack, this propagated and the screen become completely unresponsive. Despite there being a 30 day warranty on repairs the people at while you wait would not honour this they simply didn’t believe that this occurred naturally. I assume this is a rare case but be weary it shows that if the repairs go wrong your just going to be out of pocket and have to fork out again. Probably better to go with better known repair companys.

When you break a phone Screen that's the hardest moment of your life. Accidentally I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S8, I was very sad that was my new phone, then I searched on Google for its repairs and I found while you wait repairs. they are cheapest, genuine parts and fastest repair service in London. I booked an appointment and got repaired my phone while I wait in their service centre. same day Thank you, guys, for saving my money and Phone.

Just had my sons iPhone 7+ screen fixed. I was told it was not an original apple replacement screen and the colours wouldn't be quite as strong before they went ahead. I accepted on that understanding as the price was £60 instead of £150+ for a proper apple screen. The screen is definitely not as colour sharp as the original but works fine, you get what you pay for and so for the price and quick service (approx 40 minutes) they were good value for money. Would happily use them again if the need arises.

I used the mail repair service of this company to send my S6 Edge in for a full LCD repair. The repair was very quick and I got the phone back in just a couple of days, meaning it took only 3 days to send off the phone and get it back - which is crazy good service (1 day to send it off with RM, 1 day for them to receive it, repair it and send it off with RM again, and 1 day for it to get back to me).

Unfortunately upon inspection, it appeared the LCD had a ghosting/burn effect on it from previous use (on plain white pages I could clearly see an address book with people's names on it). I personally don't have a problem with companies recycling parts - but when they are not properly tested, that's where it gets a tiny bit frustrating as something like this could easily have been avoided. Additionally, the glass seemed very flimsy, and the multi-coloured LED at the top-left as well as the white LEDs at the bottom were very faded.

This is where things got a little stale for me as it took a good couple of e-mails for them to even respond to me to get the phone sent back to them for a re-attempt of the repair at no cost to me. After finally getting the phone sent back to them, it was even more unfortunate that it took over a week for them to repair it. Perhaps they were waiting for parts, perhaps they forgot, I have no idea - several e-mails were sent and to this date I still haven't received any back. Although after receiving the phone back all my issues were resolved - no ghosting, glass seems firmer and no LED issues! Although after confirming this through e-mail and requesting compensation for the second postage, I have still yet to receive a response to such (although I did receive the compensation - so they must have read the e-mail at least?)

I can definitely recommend this company, perhaps their in-store work is much faster and convenient, however the questionable support (and therefore trust in their warranties) and lack of prior testing of parts has led me to take off one star. If it wasn't for the compensation of the postage, I'd have taken off two stars! (Little things like that make a big difference and every business should know that)
