I've used this service twice now and highly recommend. Where else can you go to get glass back replaced in under one hour and looking like new! Can recommend without hesitation and will use them whenever I have a phone that needs repairing

I have used this company for maybe 6 or 7 years. I used to fix (software on) computers, phones and tablets. I always brought screen and battery problems to SPS (old name). They always did a fine job, really quickly and a good price. I never had a single subsequent problem with anything that they fixed.
I would never go anywhere else - AND they are no relation!!

do not use this place cheap fake screens which will only cause you to have issues with your device and cost you more money my iphone has stopped working it freezes and cannot click on anything and had to pay for another screen

These guys use fake and subpar replacement parts, avoid at all cost !

My p20 pro screen was replaced by them, cheap screen used no mention of this when doing the job expected a new screen as from factory, phone colours terrible and brightness useless, was told it was the shop lights as soon as I pointed it out..cheap parts bad repair steer clear is my advice

I accidentally dropped my phone and completely broke the screen and all crystal liquids inside. Despite the very long distance from home, I choose to go for this company as the reviews very mostly good. I WISH I NEVER MADE THIS CHOICE! They changed my screen with a compatible one, which by the way is not even 100% compatible, a few months ago and for some time it worked more or less well. After that, it started going completely mad, like blinking all the time or starting phone calls every time I was in a (WhatsApp or whatever social) conversation with someone, to that person without me not even going near the phone call button and most of the times the screen continuously blinks during phone calls or when listening to voice messages, preventing me to press whatever button. Sometimes it does stuff by himself as if I'm obsessively clicking something, while I don't even touch it. It is becoming impossible using it and after just a few months I see myself forced to change my phone, which otherwise always worked perfectly. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND NOT TO GO WITH THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER CHOSE COMPATIBLE SCREENS TOO!

Excellent service. Not sure what some of these recent negative reviews are about talking about weak glue and the like. They don't use glue they use screws?? The best service ever, repaired the shattered back of my iphone 8 with the rare red colour. Cleaned the front crack and put a screen protector on for free.
Got a really lovely wallet cover also included for less than 1/2 the cost of any of their competitors without those extras. Good quality repair while waiting for a short time. Recommend.

Fantastic service! I had a phone which had been run over, the screen was totally broken and the home button slightly cracked. Apple and many other third-party repair stores refused to fix the phone or even look at it, and a data 'recovery' company wanted a fortune to recover the data. iPhone 12 pro max while I waited for a very good price, now it works just as new. Don't go to this place they use refurbished pieces for their repairs, they don't even know if these pieces work and they install them in your devices and then you'll carry the consequences I ended with black lines on my screen and I can't use my apple pen great replacement
I went with a small crack on my iPad pro they “replaced” the screen and After the first minute I notice that I couldn’t use my Apple pen on the new screen their response was that screen has to adapt so I left the place trusting them but a few hours later I notice black lines on my screen I sent them the proof, they told me they will replace my screen again. They made me wait for a week, I had to again text them and their response was: we are testing the new screen (testing a screen for 2 weeks) I haven't heard any news from them yet They say they give you a warranty that's a lie they don't look after you, they evade you
If you don't want to pay “this repair” and then the properly repair then evade this local

Found them online. Bought a new battery for my samsung s7 and told it was brand new genuine samsung product. Lasted 7 months.
Update 08/04
Phone was put in a drawer when battery started failing. Needed a spare phone yesterday for a visitor from Ireland so got the phone out. Discovered that the back of the phone had separated from body - wrong glue used? OK, phone is useless so I opened up to look at the "genuine samsung" battery. Could not attach photos unfortunately but battery is not samsung but a no-name brand chinese battery. Draw your own conclusion. Caveat emptor

I think they must have gotten all of these positive reviews through dishonest means. Not only did they destroy my phone---while I waited for them to fix it, a saw a constant stream of people coming in complaining--saying thigns weren't fixed etc. I had a screen replaced, and the phone would not charge afterwards. Brought it back, they said it charges now--it doesnt. Then the head boss said---oh I know the problem it was the wrong screen---I ordered a special screen...now it works now it works. It only charges now when the phone is off (not on)---and he intentionally presented the phone to me turned off so that it would look like it is charging. I am now going to have to go to another shop to have it repaired. I don't think they are intentionally dishonest, and the price was very low but they are suuuuuuuuper amateurs--- and quite likely writing their own positive reviews or giving certain customers money to leave them positive reviews. Also, you need to *ask* for a receipt if you want one (I didnt think to ask) and they insist on cash. So you will not have evidence of the repair or the payment. You are at the mercy of their good (and not so competent) graces.

While you wait repairs is a a scam! Contacted to fix an IPad 11 Pro to fix a screen Paid 190 pounds to fix. They wanted a day ahead. I like something that is not marked or cracked. That is the only reason I had it fixed. They replaced the creek but dent the whole IPad . Looks like they used a sledgehammer. Then they overcharged because they did not credit me the deputies paid the day before. What a huge mistake. Don’t go there! So, I never seen a company flat out lie to PayPal. They said I never said a word. So, I sent PayPal a copy of my complaint and they responded. Definitely do not go there!
