I wish there was an option of O star. Based on my personal experience you basically chop your hands after you give your phone to them. After I send my phone (first time), I have received a positive response saying that your phone will be fixed and it will cost you £54. Payment was done on the same day i.e.20/06/2017 and that's it.
The drama starts: I have received my phone after 7 days without getting fixed or being checked (no power). So I have to send the phone back (extra postage). After some days, I have received my phone back second time and this time it's a different issue (this time seems card was not working) After this day, I have to call him on a regular basis till 04/08/2017 to get an update and every time I hear new stories i.e. Workers are on holidays, the screen is now broken, etc. I haven't received a single callback from them. Lastly, I have been told that my phone is they have provided me with a fake tracking number saying that I have will receive my phone tomorrow and they have actually posted after three days. lies from start to end. Finally, I have received my phone back on 09/08/2017 (Without getting fixed - power gone), I have put the claim on PayPal to get my money back. Start date 20/06/2017 - 11/08/2017 (proof attached). Total days 52 and the phone is still not fixed. I won't recommend this to my worse enemy :(

Extremely poor customer service. AVOID.

I sent my phone for a 24 hour fix. 3 days later I called and emailed. No reply to email and the person on the phone said they hadn't got my phone. Called back 5 days later with my tracking number confirming it arrived 3 days ago: "oh yes we had your phone, sorry will send it to you tomorrow".

I received my phone eventually 6 days late after paying a premium for 1 day turn around. Despite me airing my complaint to owner, no partial refund despite them not fulfilling their side of the deal.

I had a cracked screen for my Z3 compact. My alternatives would be to send to SONY (wait 2 weeks plus spend up to 135 quid|), use my local iFixit store (24 hours and north of 80 quid).

I know how much a genuine replacement direct from suppliers would cost. So i was v pleasantly surprised to find whileyouwaitrepairs.co.uk who offered a v reasonable price WITHIN THE HOUR (subject to complexity of the job and back log, of course).

Took me about 45 mins to get to their office and the boss man Peter was v pleasant to deal with. Price also included replacing a slightly faulty earpiece/speaker, and he made sure i was happy with everything before i left.

I was there on a Tues afternoon which is relatively quiet. If you intend to show up during "peak" periods, do not be surprised by a lengthy wait.

All in all, a v good experience, and i will be def be back again to have another old phone fixed up.

I sent them my Samsung Tab S2 which was in perfect condition from the outside and it worked. The issue was that it would not charge very easily (I would have to turn and twist the cable in order to get it charging). After 2 weeks of phoning them everyday and hearing excuses and being told the tablet was on its way back, they eventually sent it back... The tablet is completely broken now, I will be seeking consequential losses for this as it is completely unacceptable.
They claim that someone attempted to open the tablet before, however this is not true and at the end of the day the tablet worked when I sent it to them. I arranged to get it fixed over ebay on that tablet!
I'm not sure how these people sleep at night... I am very upset and disappointed.
Manager catch phrase: "I don't lie. My weakness is that I don't lie". I'm not sure how that would be a weakness but BE WARNED, THIS IS A LIE... He lies a lot. He lied to me every day for about 2 weeks.

I called up and they were very helpful and quick to get a booking in, ask if he could wait for me to get to him and they were more then willing to wait, rather go in and wait while they repair as its much quicker and any issues you are there to ask but i must say i am so happy with their service

Do not trust this company. They are incredibly dodgy and liars. I've seen other reviews on here of them returning people's phones worse than when they gave them to them. The exact same thing has happened to my friend. Do not trust them. Yeah they may be cheap but they do an embarassing amateur job. Tell you they don't use glue when they actually do. Do not go and get your phone repaired by them!

I took my phone in with a smashed screen. I left with a really amateur "fixed" phone. They tried to send me off with the new screen half stuck down, I complained and they glued it down after claiming they don't use glue. The back of my phone was fitted so badly it wasn't sat flat in the frame, its letting in dust to my "waterproof" phone, I've not got celeotape holding my phone together. Camera button no longer works and charging port flap is now broken. They're refusing a refund but will repair for free. Who would let a company touch their phone again after doing such a badly done job??? No compensation and no refund. Avoid this place like the plague. Rude customer service and now I have to go buy a new phone.

Same day appointment, sony battery replaced while I waited, and for much less money than rival companies. Friendly service. Thanks again!! :)

I had a single crack line across my Galaxy Note 4 and sent it Special Delivery for repair. The phone was in great condition apart from the crack, but when it returned (after being lost in transit for 10 days) the aluminium frame was dented and scratched in several places. While You Wait's after sales customer care was non-existent, they were very defensive and dismissed my complaint out-of-hand. People should be made aware of this.

These guys are HONEST and AFFORDABLE and SKILLED. I took my iPhone 6 to the Apple store and they told me the LCD is smashed and it would cost £250 to repair. I then took my iPhone 6 to While You Wait Repairs for a second opinion and they fixed it for £100 and got my iPhone working again. They saved me £150! Why go anywhere else?

I am a photographer and I use my phone everyday for work.I was devastated when top glass on my Sony Z3 got cracked.
Option of sending my handset to Sony and waiting for 14 working days didn't do for me.

This guys did brilliant job and here we go I am back using my beloved Sony Z3.

Cracked my HTC One M8 screen, went to whileyouwaitrepairs.co.uk in North West London and they did an excellent job replacing the screen.

It took about 30 minutes to repair although they stated it could take up to an hour. Strongly advise to book a slot from their website or calling them to avoid waiting longer.

Great service. Took my iPhone in because of a problem with dock connector causing various symptoms. Now working perfectly. Very reasonable rates charged, compared to other phone repairers. Will DEFINITELY use them again.
