Admin Fees
Shame as setting up the policy was easy and when the rep called asking for the CBT, DVLA code and photo ID, he was helpful.
Company doesn't open Sundays or bank holidays and that's why they took 4 days to contact me.
I made a mistake with my online application and was corrected by the cold call.
I decided to cancel as the extra premium wasn't good value.
Was rightly charged 5 days usage which I agree with but not the cancellation fee.
I paid upfront in full which I don't recommend people do as you have already handed control to Wicked and Ramasis.
Just need to wait 10 days for the refund to come through.
Company doesn't have a 14 day cooling off so I couldn't use any rights I may have.
I'd say not to use these for insurance as the admin fees are disproportionate.
These fees are document in their business agreement.

Quick and simple to use insurance service.
I tested the market for motorbike insurance, following my premium renewal increasing quite dramatically, for no real reason. I'm happy to say that Wickedquotes, were not only cheaper than my renewal quote, but cheaper than my previous premium also!
Aside from the price, I found their customer service to be very responsive indeed. Very happy with my switch!

Had insurance for 7.5 months. I paid £646 but when I cancelled the policy, refund was only £32.

Further information regarding the charge for time on cover is in the insurers policy documents, which were emailed to you at inception of the policy. There may also be some non-refundable extras, such as legal protection, breakdown cover etc, as well as retained commission and administration fees.

There all about admin fees
They tell you the wrong information and are just trying to keep admin fees which are so extortionate. Then on top of that charge you again cancellation fees. Very dodgy company for motorbike insurance. Do not use and check out pass reviews we can't all be wrong. Do not use them.

The price I paid was a 1/3 of what I was quoted for my renewal.
The process was quick and handled professionally. Speaking to a person without having to wait for ever ensured customer satisfaction on this occasion.

Conned me out of £89 insured bike last night sent all documents they asked for they rung me today about 12 hours later and cancelled my policy no refund and cancellation with admit effect due to bike not being restrict but was booked in to be done and they was worried id ride the bike before yet was my partner that actually rode it not me yet they already knew this when insurance was taken out
