Paid for next day delivery, turned up about 4 days later , requested a refund on carriage from sales office , not even a reply !!!!! Terrible service

Excellent

Excellent! Order delivered super fast. I ordered the wrong part but Lorna went the extra mile to sort things out for me. Nice people to do business with :)

I'm satisfied with them for three…

I'm satisfied with them for three reasons:

-The quality of the product is good,
-They delivered the the item extremely quickly,
-This is all for a reasonable price.

I would recommend them to anyone.

I paid an extra £10 for next day…

I paid an extra £10 for next day delivery but had to wait two days.I emailed you to discuss this and you never replied.Not very good as i was a first time customer who was looking to order a lot in the future.

Excellent company, website, service, prices, delivery, etc!

After trawling the Internet for a black cat flap to fit in our new patio door windows I accidentally came across Window Ware and, boy am I glad I did! The website was REALLY easy to negotiate through, the prices were excellent and, most of all, when I made a mistake with my order (I ordered white by accident and I TOTALLY didn't want white in our black framed door windows!!!). I sent them an email and they responded virtually straight away and put my mind at ease immediately, saying they would ensure that I received the clear one I actually required. I didn't hold out much hope as people promise the Earth but don't always carry it out - however, the following week I received my package and it was a clear one.
Also, all the cat flaps on Ebay were two to three week delivery, this was only two working days!!!!!
I would definitely recommend Window Ware as their service is very, very good!
