Catalogue delivered efficiently

Shipping method detailed as 3-5 working days. We are now 5 working days later, and no product, no tracking details and I guess I'm going to have to chase the supplier for some information as to when we can expect our products or how we are supposed to track them.

Update: 16 days after the original order, and despite the goods supposedly having been shipped three times (although never any tracking provided) and a lengthy set of emails and phone calls with Window Ware, complete with ignorance of my request for a refund (14 days in) I raised a case of none delivery with PayPal.
Thankfully "Credit Control" at Window Ware responded very promptly to this and immediately issued a refund.
I struggle to believe these goods really have been shipped three separate times to a building manned 24 hours where we receive around a dozen parcels a day and barely a problem.
Window Ware seem set on blaming the courier, so I can only assume they need to review their courier arrangements as if they can loose three parcels to us, they must be seriously poor overall.

PS The response "glad we've been able to resolve this" was placed when they re-shipped the second time. Although this never arrived either, so is no reflection of the order, as it was never "resolved" other than by gaining a refund and buying elsewhere.

Amazing delivery service, item arrived next working day. Customer service were very helpful when I wanted to check that I was ordering the correct part.
I received an exact replacement window lock and now have a fully functioning double glazed window again.

Receipt for goods was not what I paid, I paid the amount stated online but received a receipt saying I didn’t pay for delivery but I had and price on goods was less than what I paid even.
