Booked a chartered train to Wembley for the Carabao Cup final 6 weeks prior to the date. Received an email 1 and a half weeks before the date saying a refund would be processed. Called WorldChoice Sports to be told the train was cancelled due to lack of numbers and I should have had an email the day before (I did not). Not the best experience. Refund then took another 2 days so I had to scramble for a late alternative. Would advice caution when using.

We booked a Six Nations weekend in Rome through World Choice Sports months in advance as a Christmas present and paid over £2,000 for the trip, including an additional £110 per ticket upgrade for Tribuna Tevere seats at the Stadio Olimpico.
However, the tickets we were issued were Tribuna Monte Mario, sector 13AS, located high in the corner of the stadium near the corner flag and a long way from the pitch. These were clearly not the seats that were purchased.
The ticket itself shows a face value of €125, which corresponds with the standard ticket price. Given that we paid the ticket price plus £110 per ticket for an upgrade, it is difficult to see how the tickets supplied represent the upgraded category that was purchased.
When we contacted the company, they insisted this was an “upgrade” and refused to offer any refund. Their explanation was simply that Monte Mario is “the best stand” and that other customers were happy with their tickets. This completely misses the point: we did not receive the ticket category that was sold to us and paid for.
We raised the issue directly with the company and gave them the opportunity to resolve it, but they refused to do anything.
This was extremely disappointing. The trip had been planned months in advance as a special Christmas present, and paying a premium for good seats was an important part of the experience.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking ticket “upgrades” through this company.

Have used World choice Sports since 2016 for travelling to Rome for the 6 Nations match IE Italy v Scotland .

Their level of expertise is beyond our expectations . If any problem does arise it is quickly and effectively resolved . As a group we will continue to use them going forward , knowing if required they are only a phone call away .

Booking process was very simple. Responded very promptly to my emails. Our rep Raj was very polite and professional. Stayed at the Crowne plaza hotel which was lovely. Picked us up Saturday and Sunday to go to Silverstone well organised.grandstand seats were good had a brilliant view of the track. Booked again next year for the third time.

Going to the British F1 GP was top of our “bucket-list” and Worldchoice Sport made that dream come true + Lando winning his 1st British GP was just the icing on the cake! We were travelling from Ireland and the service was seamless and absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I would especially like to thank Patrick for his patience re downloading the tickets and our rep, Raj, who was so nice & helpful. The bus transfer times were perfect allowing us to enjoy most of the many post track day festivities too. There was a slight bus delay on 1st morning but it didn’t ruin our day. We cannot wait to do it all again in 2026 and we even have a wish list for same grandstand with particular seat numbers already! So hopefully Worldchoice Sport can do their magic again

What a fantastic experience to go to the British GP this year! We booked an extra night in the hotel so we could use our Friday ticket and had the transfers on the Sat and Sunday .Slight blip on the Sat with the bus being half hour late but everything else went smoothly . Had enough time to visit Fan zone to see drivers at allotted times in morning and again after the race on Sunday . Missed the big music acts , but to be honest we were too tired to do the whole night as well !!! So much to see and do there and very busy, but overall a great trip , with the tour guide giving us all the information we needed. Cannot wait to do it all again . Thank you Raj

Used these guys for the Europa league final in Bilbao. The service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ignore the other review stating they were left in the lurch. World Choice Sports were incredibly up front from the very beginning that flight times can’t be confirmed till closer to the time as it depends on what slots they could secure on the day as it’s a private charter. They were really helpful with any questions and the flights took off promptly and landed early! We were really impressed and will be using again

Just used this company for Bilbao final, started with £800 once they realised they could get more out of you because they sold quite quick they upped the price to £1099.
They were never sure where the flight would land, we didn’t find final destination till late Monday 19th.
Even at this point you felt why land in Bilbao but then have to make you way to Santander for our return, at this time they had received everyone’s money!
They did tell you that they are not responsible for any transfers, which was fine, but what they did tell you that UEFA was putting on coaches for us to return to Santander, but they had know control over.
This was a lie UEFA only put coaches on for Chartered flights and unknown to us ours wasn’t, World Choice Sports new this and should never of mentioned UEFA in there message to us.
We were left stranded in the rain with thousands of more supporters, we emailed them many times to help out people stranded. Shocking company MONEY is there motivation never use them!!!!!!!!!

Lindsey and the team are fantastic. She is so lovely and very professional. Have booked three holidays with her now and will use her and Worldchoice for all my future trips. I just gave her the dates, budget and where I fancied going and she did all the hard work including contacting the hotel direct to make sure I got the best room for my needs. 5 stars!!

WE HAD A LOVELY TWO NIGHT STAY AT THE HILTON LEEDS CITY HOTEL.ON TO THE GROUND AND HOSPITALITY AT THE CENTENARY PAVILION FOR A TWO COURSE MEAL AND DRINKS.THEN THE MATCH WHICH LEEDS WON 4-0.A GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND A NIGHT TO REMEMBER.A BIG THANK YOU TO RAJ AT WORLDCHOICE SPORTS FOR MAKING IT HAPPEN.

This was my first time booking with Worldchoice Sports. I booked online and that was straightforward and user friendly. After booking, I emailed the company a couple of times with queries, which were answered quickly and with courtesy. I received our tickets via post in good time before the day of travel. The day of travel was great. We were met at Newcastle Central Station by the stewards and taken over to the platform our train was departing from. Although there was no seat reservations we were allocated to a carriage and myself and my two travelling companions were able to sit together. The stewards assigned to our carriage were friendly and we had a great laugh with them, especially on the return journey despite most, if not all the stewards being Liverpool fans. Yes the journey was longer than using the mainline train company's but we totally understood the reasons behind this and, to be fair, it was more comfortable and relaxing than the bus we had booked two years ago! All in all a great experience and, yes, I will be booking again should Newcastle get to another final. I may even try the charter flights now we have qualified for European football next season.

Brilliant trip! Well organised, great tickets, location (we went mid package for Rome) and very easy - we didn't have to check in or faff with anything.

Clarity on options, efficiency and delivery of tickets and hotel. First trip to Rome for group of 10. Went as well as hoped for. Thank you team at Worldchoice. We'll certainly be booking again for next year and beyond. All our tickets were together which made the experience even better.

First time booking with World Choice. Six of us to Rome for 6 Nations. Excellent communication & great flight times. Hotel was basic but great location & had all we needed.
We had a panic when one of us forgot to take their ticket to the match- Patrick was fantastic emailed it straight to us within a minute. Great service & help.

Used First Choice for the first time for a trip to Wembley the process to book a seat was really straight forward. I collected my ticket on the day at South Parkway station the company reps were easily identifiable, when approached them they were polite and courteous the boarding process was well organised by a team of travel stewards who again were professional courteous and highly efficient. The journey itself was untroubled the carriages were clean and tidy and well illuminated. The return journey was again run like clockwork the train was boarded quickly and effectively marshalled by the team of stewards. The return journey passed without incident and again the stewards managed the disembarkation process skilfully but efficiently. Now the $50 Million Dollar question would I use World Choice again YES most definitely. YNWA
