Fantastic service! Ordered chalk early Thursday morning and it arrived just prior to lunch on Monday (I live in Brisbane). Couldn’t be happier and will definitely continue to be a customer.

Excellent cue! Meets the specifications in the order. And Mick was very helpful throughout the process.

Ordered a Custom Made Cue from Cue Creator. It arrived within 16 weeks as stated on the website.

After having a hit with it for 20 minutes could already tell it was great quality very accurate.

Customer Service:

I accidentally forgot to update one of the specifications after ordering Mike was able to correct & update it after contacting him.

Mike was overall very helpful and ensured my Cue was in great condition before being shipped.

Email response time was a bit slow, but understandable as opening hours are limited and being a smaller business.

Delivery:
Excellent delivery time on both ordered items.

Suggestion:

Would be good to add more information about where the Cue is being made Company, Country ect on the website. After doing some research it seems Mcdermott is the partnership.

I had placed an order for a chalk holder that was suited to taom circle chalk blocks and received a square block holder instead

They send wrong cue (A cheaper one) then refused to refund difference or sort the problem. They were very dishonest.

I ordered a Break Cue, a cue that I have never owned or used. I ordered a Sledgehammer Cue on 19 Mar and it was delivered to Townsville on 2 Mar. All throughout the purchasing process I was kept informed of the status of the order and all/any queries I had regarding the purchase or future purchases was answered immediately. I highly recommend this business.
