This company came up on a comparison site and they were very competitive so i clicked to proceed to their site to buy the insurance policy. Once on their site the price increased by approximately 63% for no reason at all, the details where all the same that I had entered on the comparison site obviously I didn’t proceed with their quote at this time as they were no longer very competitive so I could not comment more about them as a company other than make sure the price they offer is the same if you reached them the same way I did

I thought the wrapper price was very competitive but when I received the policy details and checked I realised I hadn't got the cover I needed- I cancelled in less than 24hrs (well within 14 day cooling off period) and got charged a whopping £50 cancellation fee! Received a swift call to resolve and refund. Thank you

John was very helpful in adding a driver to my policy.

Great customer service! I was due to renew my motorhome insurance policy. Wrapper's renewal quote was very competitive and hadn't changed from the previous year which I was pleased about. I couldn't access my account to change some of the details. I used the online chat. John was very helpful and amended the details for me. The online chat is so easy to use and saves time waiting on hold via telephone.

Reliable trust worthy reassuring and action everything they say they are going to do. I asked for a phone call via the text system I was so relieved and pleased by their knowledge of campervan and the in and outs of insurance in that domain ... fabulous compared to other companies I have used . I'll be honest, I hate vehicle insurance especially Motorhome Insurance. Trying to get the right cover for your needs at a reasonable cost is nigh on impossible. Being retired, 90 days European use is useless and as per my present insurance, breakdown insurance is worse reducing the time even more. Also older Motorhomes are hard to insure. Wrapper breakdown has a limit of 6 call outs which I prefer.
With Wrapper I have 180 days abroad and breakdown cover to match at a very good price. Arranging the insurance was very easy through chat, another pet hate having to talk to an agent on the phone.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Wrapper. Thanks John.

Had to make a quite detailed change to my policy today and expected it to be hard work like things have been with other insurance companies in the past but it was so easy. the agent i spoke with was so helpful and it was an absolute pleasure

I obtained a quote for motorhome insurance through CompareTheMarket and was pleased to see I could make a substantial saving on the previous year's premium. After taking a few days to tie things up and deciding to proceed, the quote had gone up due to market rate changes but after speaking via the interactive chat portal to a Customer Support member (John), Wrapper agreed to honour the original quote.
Obviously I hope I won't need to be in touch with them again until next year's renewal but the experience with Wrapper so far has been a positive one.
The response time in the chat portal was very quick.

another +1 for john,was going round in circles talking to a bot trying to change vehicle reg details…eventually got transferred to john who sorted it straight away…only negative was he wouldn’t lend me a tenner 😂 claimed he needed it for a few cold ones after work 🍺

Highly recommended to anyone with a motorhome/camper!

I am just under 30 and wrapper was by far the best price for me. John was extremely helpful and super patient and friendly. Top bloke! Couldn’t fault anything from price to customer service. I feel very secure with wrapper and protected should anything ever happen ‘touch wood’. Best experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company which has left me feeling reassured and safe should anything happen. Highly recommend!

Quite simply a great price for great camper van & motor home insurance. My previous insurance company’s renewal price, I thought, was a bit pricy so I decided to shop around….best decision I’ve made this year!! Wrapper Insure was nearly exactly half the price I’d been quoted in my renewal for comprehensive insurance, and it included European cover & legal cover too. It took 10 minutes to fill out a couple of on-line forms and that was that. You get nothing for being a loyal customer for several years nowadays so do what I did, shop around for your insurance…I saved £160👍!!
