The consultation appointment was really good. They took their time with us, we were able to ask all questions before deciding on a ring. The price/quality ratio is as good as advertised.

I wrote the sales team during the evening and I was quickly helped by Toni. It was a splendid service to have my bracelet sent one month earlier and it fel as he went the extra mile to help me without having to wait days for an answer. I literally got helped within one day.

In buying expensive jewellery, a man needs assistance and efficient service. 77 Diamonds gave me this; specifically Cecilia Rotar, their Online Sales Specialist. My Wife's gift is now sorted, thank God too, and because of assistance and efficiency from Cecilia, well done.

Prior to visiting 77diamonds, I was looking on many other websites, as well as local jewellers. I didn’t like the options so a friend suggested visiting 77diamonds. It’s amazing to see how many different types of rings there are. After customising and paying, I had to make a small adjustment and the sales team was very helpful and immediately had the ring size adjusted. The ring was delivered just in time.

We met Isobel in the showroom for a resize she was very helpful and friendly, she made the experience so enjoyable and easy!!

I already had an engagement ring and was looking to buy a wedding ring but wasnt sure if I wanted the one that went with it. So I asked online and was sent so many pictures of my engagement ring paired with different wedding bands for reference, which was really helpful! I ended up going with the set after seeing it next to my ring! I hadnt heard anything about my order for a couple of weeks so I reached out to Clare and she checked the status of the order and told me at what stage my ring was at, then several days later responded to my email with a tracking number. The whole team have been incredibly helpful. Ive now got two rings from 77 diamonds and I can honestly say they are beautiful 🥰

Amazing experience with 77Diamonds! Purchased an engagement ring which I needed ready in short notice. Special mention to Floriana who was extremely helpful and quick to respond, all via E-Mail that too. She helped me find the perfect gemstone to go with the ring and more importantly within my strict timeline! A big shout to Demi as well, for the friendly and personal, in-store consultation at their Munich showroom. Would definitley recommend them to all!
