I had a great experience, and everything went incredibly smoothly. The 18k Aria setting with the marquise diamond looks absolutely stunning. Customer service was incredibly fast and helpful. I would especially like to thank Tarek Alawiye, who went above and beyond to help me change the type of diamond mid-order when I realized I wasn't 100% satisfied with my original choice. Highly recommended!

I am very satisfied with the service and customer support I received from 77diamonds. I didn't get the size right and had to send the ring for resizing, a process that was made very easy with the support of Clare, Yara and Petra, who were all very patient with me and helped me along the way. The two times I spoke with customer service, they were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this company, if required for another item of jewellery, I'd definitely use them again.

I purchased x wedding rings from 77 Diamonds. The rings were lovely and good quality, sadly, they didn't quite fit with my engagement ring-which is quite unusual. The returns process is very straight forward and the customer service is excellent. My experience was extremely positive and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
