The experience was good. I went in to discuss options moving forward as my PCP arrangement is nearly over.
I came away with some interesting options.

Mark was friendly and welcoming
Mark was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciate that. However, I was disappointed by the level of EV knowledge during my visit.
I was told the car did not have regenerative braking and did not have a heat pump. I was also told this had been checked and confirmed.
After leaving, I reviewed the dealership’s own advert again, and both features were clearly listed for this specific model. Independent reviews of this model also confirm these features as standard.
The information given to me was incorrect, and it influenced my decision not to proceed. The car was sold shortly after.
I don’t believe this was intentional, but accurate technical knowledge is essential when advising customers on electric vehicles. I expected a higher level of product understanding from a main Kia dealership.

Lovely friendly staff
Had a great experience all staff were friendly and chatty and in particular Danielle went above and beyond to make me and my little boy comfortable whilst we waited for our car to be serviced. She showed my little boy the cars annd helped me keep him occupied and helped us to some complimentary hot chocolate, she also kept me updated throughout about where in the service my car was at. Will always come to Kia Macclesfield now for our services.

Customer service is still alive at Dealerships!
They listened to what I was after re the model of the car and that I wanted to lease it. I showed them lease quotes from online companies and whilst they could not match the very lowest quote they were very close. Given the great level of customer service, and a test drive of the vehicle I was more than happy to lease the car from them.

1st visit was unannounced to look at vehicles on lot. Approached by sales team member who was happy to open car for internal inspection. Katie was approachable professional and knowledgable.
Made appointment next day to test drive car which was handled well. Negotiated px for price I was expecting and agreed on price of 2nd car offered with service and mot both of which were due in coming months. Overall happy with deal and a car with bundles of add ons as standard and happy with Katie’s professionalism and attention to detail. 5* service

No pushy sales tactics, just great customer service
From first contact enquiring about used car over the phone, I found Jemma very helpful and going to check information of the car whilst on the phone. Later when I arrived to dealership, Jemma was at parking lot and straight away acknowledged me asking if I came to see car I enquired about over the phone. She gave me plenty time to go through full check of the car, acknowledging any shortfalls on alloys, bodywork etc. and that this will be taken care of before collection. When going through further enquiries about finance, she was not pushy and explained everything to the detail. Later even brought mechanic John, who reassured me that car will be fully checked and inspected so I can do test drive. Specialist knowledge of John for specific car was really impressive and made me feel more comfortable that car would be fully checked inspected. This review is just to say how pleasant experience I had whilst dealing with Jemma and John and they are credit to company. I’m yet to finalise purchase of the car so will update later with full experience.

Booked service ahead and timely reminder sent. Warm reception and assistance as there was a transporter blocking the entrance at the time. Informed it would be ready at lunch time and it was. I'd apologised for the dirty state of my car on arrival. It had been washed and cleaned when I collected it. Detailed info given regarding any work to be done. A paper version of my MOT cert given as I'd requested. Lovely receptionist whi was I formative and helpful and gave my dog 2 biscuits! Overall an excellent experience for such a mundane task.
