Love my swaddle blanket. My baby slept like a dream in the blanket and the material is really soft and breathable

I still have not received my order. I ordered on 26 October and waited the 2-5/3-5 working days as mentioned on their website to ship an item. I had received no communication regarding my order during this time. I contacted customer service and they said my order hadn't shipped and they are now closed for stock take. No where on their website indicated such a delay. They said I could expect the order to be processed yesterday and delivered by 13 November. I still have received no shipment information now the warehouse has reopened. I never would have bought the product knowing it would take this long. The person receiving the order is leaving the country and now looks like they won't receive it in time for me. I paid 5 pounds for them to ship this to London and it has taken weeks and still no product.

7 days after ordering a gift for a new-mum friend I contacted aden+anais for an update on my order as I still hadn't received. They advised that the warehouse is closed for stock take, and the earliest I can expect to recieve my item is 13th November - which will be 18 days from when I origionally ordered! I find this completely unacceptable, especially as there is no mention of this on their website which currrently states 2-5 or 3-5 workings days shipping depending on where you look - both of which fall outside of the best case time frame they have communicated they are currently able to fulfill.

The delivery was super quick - literally next day although there wasn't an extra charge for this. I bought the most beautiful muslin swaddle cloths - so many print designs to choose from and at a good price. Would highly recommend and buy from again.

Great quality products. The swaddles and blankets are super soft and the bibs are brilliant. The muslins are also extremely good quality and durable. I bought a bunch when my daughter was born and I’m still using them 18 months on, and they’re still as good as new, whereas cheaper ones I bought from elsewhere just didn’t last. It’s certainly worth the extra money for longer lasting, better quality items.

The website would not let me make a payment by card, I tried several cards over several days but nothing worked. I tried to call on the number on the website and it rang dead and also sent a message to you on instagram that I did not receive a response to. As this was a gift for a baby shower on a gift list I had to perceiver as had already marked to buy. In the end the only workaround I found was to set up a PayPal account and pay that way.

Absolutely beautiful Muslin's. At first I was reluctant to pay that much but so happy I did, the set is gorgeous and great quality! And although I didn't select next day delivery, they came the next day!
I would highly recommend and will be purchasing more from the site!

Delivery was quick and the items are excellent quality. Very pleased with my purchase.

My newborn has recently started to use the activity gym. I've noticed that the filling from the mat accumulates by my babies hands and feet when he's on the mat.

As any baby, my little one puts his hands into his mouth. I've had to stop using the mat because of the danger of my baby ingesting these fibres.

The product itself was one of the more expensive play gyms that I was looking at. However, because of the reputation of the company I decided to splurge and purchase the activity gym.

I have contacted the company about the issue and even supplied pictures. I advise any parent not to purchase this product.
