5th year of being with AIB, Scott is very knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile for clients. The kind of service ethic he has is sadly very rare to find now days and the knowledge that he has done his best in all aspects towards my renewals of the policy is very comforting.
As a customer service operative myself, I recognise quality service, I have never shopped around for the insurance on this vehicle as the renewal prices are always more than reasonable.

The renewal of the Motorhome insurance was made easier by speaking to Scott based in the UK. Scott was super efficient and very helpful in getting the right cover and competitive price. Nothing was too much trouble and I’m pleased to renew for another year.

I like the way this company operates; a timely reminder is sent before the new renewal quote is discussed on the phone. Scott was most helpful and made the annual increase less painful, as Aviva had withdrawn from this motorhome section of motor insurance, and a fresh company would need to step in. 13% increase so it’s hard for a pensioner! He arranged everything to be sent securely and now it’s time for the car...

Have been using AIB for 9yrs insuring my 1998 Romahome which most companies won't cover due to it's age. Also have car ins & while not the cheapest I can get they offer a great value UK & European breakdown cover. Have renewed again as the customer service is excellent, friendly & very personal & Scott who dealt with it is very helpful.

AIB were proactive on my renewal and managed a premium reduction when all other insurers seem to be increasing. All done very quick & easy. Just how it should be when you are very busy.
