The purchase transaction amount for Istanbul airport to Albania / Tirana (06.40 am to 07.20 am) Tirana to Istanbul airport (18.55 pm to 21.35 pm) flight tickets for 2 people for the dates 06.06.2024 to 10.06.2024 is 208 Euros. The payment was made by me, but 'We are not able to proceed’ payment screen with the warning.

Although the payment was made and there is no PNR number or any confirmation notification that ticketing was made was received.

I made the relevant purchase from the air albania website.

very bad experience for several times, very uneducated flight attendants, we were traveling with two business friends and they accommodated two other people from economy to business as it seems their friends, without paying anything and above all after asking what they wanted to drink with we told him that we didn't pay for the food and that the food was planned only for business travelers, he offered it to their friends and after we asked for the food, he told us that he could only serve us breakfast and meanwhile we were flying in the evening. I would like to have another company for Istanbul that only pays influencers to take photos outside but also takes care of them during the flight..

They lost my luggage, took two week to find it back. They promised me a compensation of $390 but I never received it. Customer service is really really really bad!!

They will leave you stranded. They will cancel a flight, delay the next flight, close it and not book you on the next one until you arrive to transit completely lost waiting for nothing.

Fly Alitalia, Lufthansa, European companies, you will not have this problem. Don't try to be cheap. I love Albania, but we are in the hands of thieves. One of them is this company. It's not even Albanian, it's Turkish Airlines but with 0 customer service. Their support number doesn't even work.

Ground staff in Albania airport for Al Albania airways . Specially manager for check in counter and junior staff too they all are very rude not helpful at all . Very bad experience and bad behaviour they having with other nationality. They throw the passport also on table . This is our country property and respectful for us . But they Albania staff don't care about it . Airport too small and WiFi only u can send SMS only when you try to call on what's app with airport WiFi it's too bad . I'm not really happy with Albania air ways staff .I won't recommend this to anyone . Wiz airways better then this.

Very unfriendly and rude staff overall. Being a woman myself, I'm sorry to say that specially female staff was very rude and not willing to inform me, help or answer questions. At the checkin, the airline information centre, and managers too.
Flight attendants were very kind and helpful.
Planes are far from satisfactory, as they are Turkish Airlines old planes, with a change in logo.
They operate Turkish Airline flights and charge for such, but have nothing in common with TA quality.
On top of that, they mistagged one of my suitcases and put another passenger's name on it.

I have recieved an email regarding my booking on november which says the schedule is change and if I do not accept I will get refund and of there is another flight with the same reservation it could be refunded upon my request via customer service. However when I call customer service to claim a refund they said I can’t. I was keep telling her that I have an email about it if not possible why I have recieved this email? She was like “aa did you get an email? Let me tell you your ticket rules” and she started to read ticket rules. I already know the ticket rules however they gave me two options re-accommodation or refund. But she was insisted on not to the anyhong regarding the email. I dont think she knows anything about this situation.

Great service, lots of leg space. Always on time. Free food and drinks. Best Airline.

Terrible. They canceled or change time of flight and never communicate it.

Before traveling to Albania, I sent several emails attaching my documents to inquire whether I needed a visa to travel there. They replied that I could travel with my documents without a visa. However, they sent me back from Tirana airport with the police, and they didn't even allow me to retrieve my luggage.
There were still 2 hours left before the plane departed, and they wanted me to board without my luggage. On the plane, the flight attendants treated me as if I were a prisoner. They made me sit on a dirty seat, and I was in the bathroom when they kept knocking, asking me to come out immediately.
I lost a lot of money on hotels, tickets, and rental cars that I had booked.
I am deeply sorry for their country, which doesn't know how to treat a tourist, and I'm sorry because they gave me wrong information that ruined my vacation and cost me my money. Furthermore, I was traveling with my Italian partner, who, also due to their wrong information, had to take another emergency flight and return to Milan.
I thought that an embassy of a country was an institution to trust and where one could obtain true and useful information, especially for traveling to that country!

Cancelled 10 days before my holiday citing 'operational reasons'. Hugely stressful and spent x4 as much getting last minute Wizzair flights.
Never again.

I flew from Istanbul to Tirana and the check in staff were pretty nice! When I boarded the a319 aircraft, it was very clean and the crew were super friendly as well! The food was decent and it was an Amazing experience

They cancelled my flight with no reason, 1 week befor my flight. The flight is sold out. I am trying to get all my extra expenses paid through eu-claim. I should get paid extra 600 euro above my refund. Hopefully. So they learn that they cannot do such things. The flight is sold out. So why are they selling more tickets then they have???

The worst! Try to avoid it as best as you can!

As an Albanian it is really embarrassing that this airline represents our country. Like every other review you’ll read Air Albania will cancel on you without a reason. Also like many other reviews you’ll read; they never answer the phone or email and often times you have to reach out multiple times just to speak to someone who doesn’t have a clue what they’re talking about. I am bringing my fiancés family to Albania to see where I grew up and this airline canceled all 10 of our seats. I asked for a refund and it’s been over 6 weeks with nothing. If you know anything about Albanians you know we are very prideful, and bad mouthing our own is something we hate. However, this airline deserves every single bad review it has ever gotten.

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Twice have booked with this airline Twice my flight is cancelled without a reason. When u go on there site the flight is still there. They overbook or whatever they do. 2 weeks to fly they cancel ur flight..Horrible Airline. Do not book with this Airline. It’s run as a Cash cow

Very good, flew this year to Italy with air albania and the experience was very nice. New planes, friendly staff and fast check in. Very nice

Last year I fly Ist to Tirana via Air Albania. the plane is good, and the service is good but unfortunately, they damage my baggage. I complained but they reply to my email. after I write on social media they contact me. they ask me for unnecessary documents for compensation and finally, they decided to give me 50 EURO. already past the last 5 months they never send it to me.
so they have a terrible system and I can say worst airlines in EUROPE. personally, I fly more than 200 airlines but this is a very bad experience.

Putting one star as there is no option to put 0!
TERRIBLE airline! DONT travel with it! They lost my luggage 10 days ago and never answered the emails from customer service!
