TERRIBLE!
Do not book with this airline, better walk to your destination
They cancel the ticket 1 day before the trip and do not notify at all.
They do not bear any responsibility and are very arrogant.
the customer service is very arrogant, I am surprised how uneducated people can work in an airline.
They do not respond at all to compensate.
How is it possible that the license is not removed?

My flight was cancelled 2 weeks before the flight date!
I got a full refund fairly quick and the customer service answered the phone promptly, but I ended paying much more for the tickets with another airline due to buying the tickets close to the flight date.

If cancel flights you must do anything you can to accommodate passengers on the next flight. Trust lost!

Cutting down on customer satisfaction with poor customer service is one thing. But having non existing phone numbers on the homepage, no reachable contact person, not replying to multiple emails and not picking the phone, even after several hours of ringing, is another thing and just a sign of poor respect.

I ended up having to buy a new ticket so I wasted one (which was even a business class one) just because nobody at Air Albania would pick up the phone or reply.

They cancelled my flight 2 weeks before the date and they won't even return my emails nor seem to be willing to refund me. Pathetic excuse for an airline

Cancelled the flight 2 hours before departure. Left my family (I have 1 year old twin children) at Tirana airport. They did not provide any hotel or assistance. Called help line and next plane was in months time.

Traveled with my son 1 year old Everything perfect. Had water snack food . The crew was very helpful . Could be a little bit more expensive with no “big” offers during the year, but for summer time the price was reasonable with 30kg luggage seat and food. Definitely recommend.

I booked 2 flights with family months before. The first was cancelled 2 weeks before the flight without giving me a reason and the second was cancelled 8 days before the flight without giving me a reason.
I never could flight with them because they cancelled everytime I tried so there wont’t be another try again. When you call them to find a solution, they just repeat your flight is cancelled and we can not give you further information…thats it!
If you dont need bad surprises 1 week before the holidays, avoid this company!
I’m waiting for an answer that they find a solution for me and will write back there for everything about it. Of course I will try to protect my rights by trying the way of law and see what happen. :)

They lost my luggage, and never pay for them.
