Had to pay top dollar for an air conditioner no longer in production - but at least they had stock coming in. The unit was delivered on the day they said it would. To early to comment on the air con unit but so far it's fine.

It arrived on time and a day earlier than stated. It does what it says on the box and cools very well.
Love the 3 year warranty which means it's built right.

Beware
Beware. They misadvertised their inventory, claiming an arrival date that came and went. This despite sending a tracking link from a courier that supposedly showed it having been despatched, when in fact it didn’t exist. Then when I called support and we looked for an alternative, the ETA date they advertised online for those other products was also significantly misadvertised compared to what staff could see internally (by 1 month or more).

The company excellent and got my product to me quickly and seamlessly, however the product I bought absolutely crap. Now left with an expensive item (no box) and it barely cools down the room and is severely overpriced and inadequate

Refund process: ignored.
Refund process is now almost impossible as nobody is getting back to me. “We’ve received your photos and video and will review is and contact you within 24hrs” - that was on the 8th of July.

I can’t believe this website is running and getting away with it, this website should be flagged as a scam.
You call their customer service up and they are so lovely to you. They promise the sky and moon but then NOTHING HAPPENS.

Your team said DPD was going to collect but they never did! (Latest update). I had to pay £.25 per minute on the last call that took well over half an hour and now, to no fault of my own must I call and waste more time and money. On a faulty product 😭

At a time of great demand for portable…
At a time of great demand for portable air conditioners, we were able to secure this one with a reasonable timeliness. It was a bit above average costs, it wasn't free delivery, but it was delivered only one late. It works well, but as I have a large open plan room, it struggled to bring down the temperature to anything like 23 degrees. I guess this isnt the fault of the device, but the size and number of roof window's and the extreme high 30s outside temperature. But we did peg the indoor temperature to high 20's (centigrade). It was a god send for us.

Amazing air conditioning unit dunno where we would be without it. It was easy to set up and works perfectly to cool the room down, so much so that we had to switch it off . Our small dog is a happy little puppy now
