RATS , RATS AND RATS !!!

Early hours we got off the plane to get to our car to find it's been
Chewed by rats, my vent was chewed to pieces!

The baby's car seat was chewed including the straps got straight on the phone to the Owner Andrew Lane! He said it's 3am and I'm in bed! Couldn't get the baby home as it was a two hour drive from the airport, I had to sleep in the car until Asdas was open to buy a car seat! Owner couldn't Care less about
We couldn't get home!!! There was rats poo and pee all over the car including the seatbelt and refused to offer any sort of compensation, just it's your fault your parked your car here!!!

Do not park here honestly !!!

Even if there's one crumb in there the rats will chew up your wiring and live in your car until you come back!!!!

This place needs closing down!!!

I unfortunately booked them before I looked at the reviews, realised my mistake and tried to cancel straight away without success.
They’ve not responded to any emails I’ve have sent, I anticipate an admin charge but still nothing from them. Absolutely terrible customer service !

We arrived back from holiday to find our car was not there (we had phoned through as requested). They couldn’t find our keys. Then they couldn’t find our car. They park the car offsite somewhere. We were misled on several occasions and the staff in the rusty container on top of the “waiting room” seemed to think this was funny. Another couple arrived at the same time and their keys and car were missing too. It took more than 40 minutes from the phone call for them to find and deliver our car - the man who eventually delivered it apologised and said he had spent 20 minutes running around trying to find it “because it was parked in the wrong place”. By then the number of people waiting for their cars had multiplied. Another member of staff informed me they park them in several fields nearby. The site is muddy and dirty and no place for anyone to be waiting around even if they can find your car. Do yourself a favour and park somewhere else!

Well this is the worst & weirdest place I've ever been, we got a taxi as fly out tomorrow so stopping local, couldn't check in early so thought oh let's get dropped off at the pub,have a few drinks & some lunch/dinner & spend out day there, so we get out the taxi & this dirty scruffy horrible man came to us and said we needed to pay £5🤷🏻‍♀️ we asked why & his reply was to get out the taxi, we said well we're coming in to have drinks & food & his reply was "that's no excuse" I asked where should've we got out & he then said out on the main busy road, where it clearly states no stopping 🤦🏻‍♀️ so we went to the other pub down the road called the George which was lovely 🤩

They are very lucky that I am even giving a one star .. These guys have the worst customer service in this country . We left our car for a week as this came up as the cheapest parking near the airport. The day we dropped off the car the driver who drove us to the airport looked like he was in drugs - zero people skills

Upon our return we got there and it was raining heavily and as the space is not paved it was very muddy . My husband went to request for the car keys only to then find the driver door is not opening . Upon checking it with them we were told that there was nothing they could do. It took one man bless him to try and help us yet the other was adamant that they weren’t responsible for this problem and would not help us

What rubbish !!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Avoid at all costs. We left our car for a week and came back to contents missing from the vehicle. Things were moved around and was evident somebody had been rummaging through things to get hold of what they could find. Complete violation of trust and disrespectful. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Upon confronting them we were advised they were not sure who moved the vehicle last and were unable to help and gave a credit note for a free parking trip next time. We were just fobbed off with a credit note like I would ever use their services again. I would recommend to avoid!

The Airport Tavern parking came up cheapest on CompareBristolAirportParking. Co. Uk.
The Airport Tavern parking is very close to Bristol Airport, but they only have one minibus with the driver working 18 hr shifts, so he said.
6 members of my family, which included a 2 year old toddler, returned from Belfast to Bristol Airport. We waited for the pick up minibus from The Airport Tavern for over an hour. The same mini bus and driver came and went at least 3 times during the one hour but each time it filled up quickly so we could not get on. We asked the driver were we should stand to ensure we could get on the mini bus. Despite waiting as told by the driver, he decide to park at a further point so we could get our toddler in the pram quickly enough to get on the minibus by which time minibus was full again. Eventually we managed to get one member to the mini bus who went to get our car and collect the rest of us. And paid a further £5 to access the collection point.
Also note, If you want to cancel with CompareBristolAirportParking with them then they will deduct £20 even if you have paid a cancellation fee.

DO NOT USE EVER wish I read the reviews before booking this place. NEVER EVER AGAIN, on return car was well and truly blocked in, parcel shelf has been damaged badly as in eaten by a rodent there was napkins on the parcel shelf definitely had no napkins in my car when I left it, mileage was different to how I left it too so clearly had been used while I was away. Response was "you must have had sweets or food in the car for the rats to get in" I had zero food of any description in my car and certainly don't expect to use a secure car park to came back to a damaged car have sent emails but zero response.

The driver arrogant and abusive, screaming at my partner across the car park, giving contradictory instructions to the reception about where to park. Then told my partner to f off. When challenged on this he apologises to me (male) not her(female). -5 for customer service. my partner worried about her car whilst on holiday. On return, different driver. No communication. Barged 2 young girls out of the way.

DO NOT USE Awful service and they try to charge you extra. Booked parking was then told my Vauxhall Zafira would cost an extra £5 a day so asked to cancel, a week before going on holiday, to which they said there was a £20 admin fee. They only refunded part of my money even thought it says free cancellation. Not even answering my emails. DO NOT USE.

We parked our car here for 13 days .On return I tried to phone the contact number for pick up .After phoning for 20 minutes there was no answer ,so we walked at 0200 hrs. Just about every other parking mini bus was at the pick up place .When we arrived at the car park desk ,the receptionist asked how I was ,so I told her I wasn't impressed .She responded with a aggressive reply and said the transport was free so stop complaining .Looking at other reviews on here ,the customer service is atrocious .Having said that I had no issues previously ,perhaps it is one individual ...or their culture .She is definitely in desperate need of some Customer Care training .I will be parking elsewhere in the future .

The staff all went above and beyond to make our stay brilliant Rooms were clean and tidy and the food was wonderful as someone who has a gluten intolerance they went out of Thier way to ensure I had something to eat even offered to make whatever I wanted Dean went out of his way to take us to the back of the airport to watch the planes take off and land would recommend this little Tavern to anyone

AVOID. Wish I’d read the reviews before using the car park! I left my car here for 5 nights, came back to the car in an absolute STATE - dirt everywhere, messed up radio station, and a whole bar of petrol lower (they supposedly only moved the car about 10 metres so not quite sure how that’s possible…) I’ve tried to ask for some compensation for the cleaning cost of the dirt everywhere, but have been ignored after several emails sent. So rude, so rubbish, an absolute waste of money. Avoid avoid avoid

Quick enough to take money. But No refund if your flight is cancelled.
Made to walk to airport. When mini bus was parked up!

Picked our car up at midnight last sat night 4/2/23 and found it had a large dent in bumper - NO RESPONSE from airport tavern!!
I will never use them again.

Please look at the reviews this parking place is dreadful and I personally are now taking them to court. We had a rat enter my car whilst I was away and they were looking after my car. They refuse to take blame, it’s written the car off and the car seats. They have no care whatsoever. Trading standards or the council needs to look into this. They have no care whatsoever.

Used this parking for the first time and will never use it again !!! Avoid it for any price !!!! I left my bmw for a week time when I was on the holiday, I had a dash cam which was disconnected when I came back to the car!!! But they haven’t noticed it straight away and it clearly recorded when they moved our car out of the car park and took it for a ride. Then they probably noticed dash cam and disconnected it. But it was too late and I have all footage and will use it for sure! Very poor service ! Should give them zero stars !!!!!!!!

Avoid and don't use parking facilities. They don't take responsibility and tell you must have insurance for their employees to be wreckless and do not take reasonable care when moving cars

If only I could give minus 10! ! These people are a bunch of cowboys. They are exceedingly rude. I have never had such bad service at any car park here or abroad. If only I had read the reviews before I booked. The so called car park is FULL of large pot holes full of water. The tarmac, if that’s what you call it, is in an absolutely awful state. The man who collected us from the airport , after waiting for nearly 25 minutes, spoke to us in such a rude, discourteous manner ! I had just returned from Ireland after burying my aunt. Then to be treated in this manner was absolutely disgusting. This man was surly and spoke to us like you would a dog! When we eventually got back to the so called car park. Cars were parked right up against each other, virtually on top of each other ! If only I had read the reviews before I had the misfortune to give this bunch of cowboys my money ! Still it has taught me a lesson. If you pay peanuts you get absolutely diabolical service ! Please take heed to this warning as I would not wish this experience on anyone. Pay extra and at least you will know your car is in safe hands which it certainly isn’t here!!!!!!
