Great company and great product
Absolutely lovely furniture and even better customer service.
After taking years to decide on buying some high quality garden furniture we settled on Alexander Rose and I am glad we did. Excellent build quality and super comfy.
Unfortunately we had an issue with the table top and I cannot praise the customer service we received enough. Emma was an absolute super star, super friendly and helpful and sorted out our issue so quickly. She kept me updated daily and resolved the issue within a few days.
I have no hesitation in recommending Alexander Rose and their amazing team.

Great product
We were looking to purchase wooden garden furniture for our patio. We wanted to see the product before deciding on whether to purchase. Max arranged to show us the furniture in their wonderful showroom and he couldn’t have been more helpful. The furniture was great and we purchased it there and then. I was extremely impressed with the price but also service. I was fortunate enough to find a significantly reduced bench. Once ordered it was dispatched swiftly and the delivery service APC (I believe) were extremely helpful in carrying it up to my flat. I am still in shock with the quality of the bench, heavy oak wood. It was extremely easy to assemble top.

Left me a massive pallet! Cheers!
Left my expensive table on the footpath yesterday when I was at work attached to a massive pallet. How am I going to get rid of a massive wooden pallet? I can’t break it up nor will it fit in my small car to legally dispose of it. Furious. Worst delivery service ever! They were meant to deliver it today too.
And how are you going to resolve it??? You should have taken the pallet away not left a 50 year old woman on her own with a massive pallet with no legal means of getting rid of it. You should have taken the pallet away. No other delivery company leaves you with pallets!
They are adamant I booked the delivery date when I didn’t. That I can prove as it’s in email. These people! No apology for their mistake. And does a very small table need to be left on a massive pallet??
In response to your answer. What I ordered was small! The pallet was 3 times the size! You don’t care. You got your money. The emails you sent weren’t great.

I was disappointed in the quality of the parasol compared to the one we bought perhaps 20 years ago - everything was much flimsier. However customer services were a joy to deal with and very helpful with the refund.

Lovely wood but.....
Lovely wood but...... Two of the Allen bolts stripped, luckily I had some at home to roughly replace them. For the price I believe some oil should have been included.

Payment made but no delivery!
I ordered a garden bench, received confirmation saying they would notify me when the bench had been sent, and AR took payment from my Visa account. I then heard nothing at all from them. I allowed the full delivery period to elapse and then contacted them to find out what had happened. They told me the bench had been delivered and showed me a photograph of a package outside someone else's house! Since then, I have not been able to get any assurance that the bench will be delivered and have not even received any apology. I have contacted the delivery company but they say they can't resolve the issue unless AR raises it with them, so I am stuck having spent £400 and nothing to show for it.

Delivery of my garden table and chairs…
Delivery of my garden table and chairs arrived on time. Only niggle was the driver wasn't willing to take the pallet into my back garden. I live on my own and so am not able to manage it without help. I'm hoping my neighbour can help me. I have since ordered a cover for the table on the phone. Very helpful person I dealt with there.
