We recently bought our second hot tub from All Weather Leisure, having had a seven year period without one. The service from these folk is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. Jacuzzi is a truly excellent product and there can be no one better at 'start to finish' care than the crew at All Leisure in the republic of Cannock.

Very helpfull. Explained all the featres and made informed suggestions regarding selecting the correct Hot Tub. The installation was super easy the team had it installed, up and running in double quick time. We have the monthly care package and found the service first class. There is never any hesitation to come and see and instantly do any necessary work. All in all a great team.

The whole team are amazing. They will answer any questions and deal with any problems. ( If you have any,) they keep you updated From ordering your hot tub to delivery date.
Then I am here on a first name basis, which I think he’s brilliant. I always get more chemicals and everything from that I need for my hot tub from all weather leisure.

First class experience in buying our first hot tub. All the team are knowledgeable and so so helpful, especially Hania. The hot tub was delivered on time and we were given a demo with instructions and the reassurance to contact the team with any questions.

All leisure weather in Cannock gave excellent service throughout the whole of my purchase, from the moment I walked in a spoke to Liberty the sales assistant I knew that I had chosen the right place to purchase my new jacuzzi hot tub, I had tried two other places before All weather leisure and my experience was not good, I also received a home visit from Liam who also very helpful, and on the day of the installation the engineers arrived on time and made sure that I knew how to maintain / work the hot tub prior to leaving.
I have had my Jacuzzi hot tub for 3 weeks now, and I am over the moon with my purchase.

What can I say…..

After visiting many showrooms and looking at numerous hot tubs we were quick to pick up on the customer focus of Luke and Liam

Having gone through the benefits of the many options we could have we felt at ease and ordered.

The service I have had goes above and beyond. They are always happy to help and after a couple of minor issues with hot tub on install they made it there priority to sort which was very appreciated.

After purchasing our hot tub back in 2021 we suddenly incurred a leak from the pump system . After making a phone call to Liam at All Weather Leisure he arranged for one of his team to call out and repair within 2 days.
This was a fantastic service and greatly appreciated meaning minimum disruption to using our hot tub.I would certainly recommend Liam and his team at All Weather Leisure as they have shown excellent after service well done -excellent job karen

We ordered our Jacuzzi following a really informative visit to the showroom where we sat in some Jacuzzis and decided on the one that met our needs helped out by Danni. Our patio was under construction and they held onto the unit until we were ready. Delivery was on time and the installation team managed to squeeze the large Jacuzzi around the garden up onto the new patio. Everything was thoroughly explained and the unit left heating up. I’ve since tried it out and it is amazing. Thanks to the team for an excellent job. Max

We have had a few teething problems but like anything new in life these things happen, but I cannot fault the customer service at all it has been brilliant and any issues which have occurred have been delt with accordingly and I cannot thank Liam, Danni, Luke, Adam and all of the rest of the amazing team enough for being their all the way top notch customer service.

Going back to before in terms of the cost of the hot tub and why it is so worth that extra penny:

-Jacuzzi Brand are a leading spa company which have been manufacturing hot tubs for over 60 years worldwide they definitely know what they are doing!

-The warranty and customer service which comes as standard with all Jacuzzi hot tubs is just amazing.

-The customer service team @All Weather Leisure are always a phone call away and are more than happy to help me with any issues or concerns I may have. (e.g. a fault and a part needs changing they are on hand straight away to get this resolved).

These are some of the reasons which justifies our decision on purchasing our hot tub as we have heard some really bad stories from our friends and families who have had a bad customer service with other hot tub sales companies aftersales which is one of the biggest keys to purchasing a luxury hot tub which you want to last for years to come.

Well done to you guys at All Weather Leisure Thank You, I look forward to making our purchase in the near future and maybe it could be that Swim Spa!

Part 1 -

This review is quite long but if you do read on, I hope that it helps you to make the correct decision when it comes to purchasing your own hot tub. (Happy reading and thanks for taking the time 😊).

We first went to visit the amazing showroom back in May 2021 which is set out amazingly with a good selection of hot tub models and brands. Danni was very easy to talk to and had good knowledge and expertise about each hot tub model. Me & my (Dad) Trevor had a test soak in the J-485 Jacuzzi which was just so relaxing, and we both just fell in love! We were even offered a glass of bubbles which went down a treat.

We also tested out one of the swim spas which was up and running it was brilliant and there was plenty of room to have a good swim. We were very tempted to purchase one of these also but maybe this would be something to consider when moving to a new location with a bigger back garden!

We were recommended All Weather Leisure by our good friend George who also has a J-495 Jacuzzi – we did have a test in his hot tub too before visiting the showroom and we also fell in love with his too.

Once finishing our soak in the hot tub and swim spa we secured / ordered the J-495 Jacuzzi model as it is so spacious and can comfortably fit 9-10 people all at one given time which is just excellent for those summer and of course winter parties with family and friends but mostly for us as a family of five to relax and chill after a hard day at work.

We opted for the Platinum / Brushed Grey as we loved this colour combination but also the acrylic does not show water marks when they dry in comparison to the Midnight / Smoked Ebony which does especially in the sunlight (we would be wiping it down all of the time which is what we did not want).

We could have had the Midnight / Smoked Ebony installed in the July of 2021, but we decided to wait for the Platinum / Brushed Grey which was due in around December 2021 / January 2022 as the manufacturing times were slow especially with just coming out of lockdown after Covid-19 and we wasn’t in any major rush.

Before visiting the showroom, we did do some good research into other brands and companies who sell hot tubs but none of them could beat All Weather Leisure who mainly sell the Jacuzzi brand.

They may cost a lot more but the way in which the jets work with the hydrotherapy massage jets it’s just something out of this world especially for comfort and relaxation. We have in the past tested other hot tubs, but they always leave us with back pains and strains afterwards due to the pressure of the jets. I have not once experienced any pains or strains after using our Jacuzzi hot tub.

Before the installation of our hot tub Liam the company manager come out to complete a home inspection in January 2022 and was also very knowledgeable and talked me through the process to what was required by ourselves (e.g. electrical connections) and also measured the area under our pergola to ensure that the hot tub would fit perfectly, and the head height was okay for the cover to lift up and not hit the roof. At the time of inspection our garden had not started to be landscaped.

We booked the installation of the hot tub in for (Monday 07th March 2022), All Weather Leisure arranged for a Hiab to lift the hot tub over our fence from the side street into our garden due to the size of the hot tub as it was too big to fit over the fence. Once the hot tub was installed Luke & his colleague gave me a good demonstration talk with how to maintain and function.

We cannot thank all of the team enough the whole process has been outstanding from start to finish with regular updates and correspondence from all of the team @All Weather Leisure!

We purchased our jacuzzi from the Shrewsbury show room and from buying to having it installed we can’t recommend them enough. All delivered installed on time no problems and nothing was too much trouble!

We purchased Jacuzzi Hot Tub couple of years ago and pay monthly subscription for the O Care and yearly deep clean. Very professional and always very helpful too. Thank you

We purchased a jacuzzi hot tub from All Weather in 2020 and we were very happy with the customer service and installation team. We also have an O Care plan which runs like clockwork and the annual service is carried out very professionally. We would highly recommend this company.

We bought a spa from this family run business, Liam, Luke and the rest. And it was everything we expected and more. Impeccable service. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, caring and all with no pressure. I had a whole list of questions and they gave me all the answers and time I needed to decide about options. I would thoroughly recommend this company , as their help in choosing the hot tub to installation and the ongoing maintenance has been excellent !
There’s a good choice of hot tub in their showrooms and the staff are very knowledgeable and not at all pushy !
The staff are always on the end of the phone for advice , which was inevitable as we had no idea how to sort out the chemicals . I have recommended this company to several friends .
