Anisten Homes is a great company to work with. Great communication from Poonam, really easy to contact. Quick to resolves any issues i may occur. Highly recommend this company.

Terrible, worst experience of my life.
As it stands soon they will pay the price of scamming and mistreating people.
They rented me an illegal property because, the house has been considered by the council unsuitable for human living.
When I found out about the situation I move out from the property, till today, they didn't give me back my deposit.
As soon I moved out of the property, they rented the house to other people and now they set up the energy and gas bill with my name without my consent and I don't live in the property anymore as a matter of fact, previous tenants have experienced same situation. They're confident in practising unlawful actions because the landlord of the property is a solicitor and he has relatives working for Redbridge council that's the reason they still practising these actions. A legal action have been taken, if my name is not taken out of the bills that they set up or if my documents keep being used by the company and this property. Just a remind that a solicitor license can be revoked and a company can be closed down.
this company is unlawful, unprofessional and do not respect human rights.

Just completed a sign up to a flat, the whole process was quick, simple and painless. Akeel and Jenny are both so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. This was my first time getting a flat on my own and it could not have been easier.

She was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to help me get information on my boiler. I didn't even have to ask her for the help as she kindly volunteered to get the information for me herself - she was so efficient and professional and I cannot praise her enough.
