Frustrating waste of time
Their website lists products but there seems to be no way to buy them online despite there being a very prominent 'cart' visible. I tried creating an account and viewing on both a desktop and mobile and it was the same. Maybe there is some kind of verification needed first but there is no explanation anywhere
I then rung up to enquire about an item and was told by the woman whom answered that she was unable to do anything at all and would have to get someone to ring me back. Since I needed the product urgently I rang back over an hour later (having heard nothing) and was rudely cut off!
Given the way they make a simple transaction so difficult plus the fact that their name is very similar to some rather dubious other 'businesses', I am amazed they are still trading

Ordered my items on 10 January and paid with PayPal. Checked the 'tracking tool' up to 17 January which showed order had not been processed so sent email asking for an update. Never received a reply so sent another email on 22 January and no reply to that one. Will now be asking PayPal to refund my money. Will never use these people again.
