It took them 4 days to realise they hadn't shipped my order. They did refund when asked to, which is why I gave them 2 stars, 5 days was more than enough time for Apex to get it to me...but no joy. Then had to hunt around for paint which was needed the very next day.

Two week later and I still haven't…
Two week later and I still haven't received my order...initially a deathly silence on what was not happening from Apex followed by numerous unsuccessful attempts to phone them for an update which did eventually lead to an update email. Now we're playing the "how useless are UPS at delivering". Somehow the correct address on the invoice has got abbreviated in the UPS system and they must be one of the few entities outside of Parcelforce that can't find an address with the correct house name, town and postcode......
