Good service. Very quick response when I expedited my order which arrived quickly once dispatched. Only disappointment was I wasn’t aware the item wasn’t in stock when I ordered it. Bottom line. I’ll use APEX again.

Bahco lawn edging shears.
The item I purchased was entirely satisfactory and the price was extremely good. However, it took two weeks to arrive even though I had paid for delivery, and when I e-mailed to find out why it had taken so long I was told the carrier didn't pick it up because of it's size. The item is lawn edging shears and it was coming from a company specialising in tools.

Product purchased was not as pictured which affects the way it is used. Communication and shipping efficient. Some confusion on shipping fee which is displayed as £3.50 flat fee but then has VAT added at the end - clearly not a flat fee.
