I had my car repaired at Apollo Bexhill. Great as they're local and the staff were friendly. My car was repaired quickly too. Unfortunately they also damaged my kick plate, small stones were round it and it was scratched. I reported it to head office who responded saying the branch will be in touch and have been made aware of the problem. Communication wasn't too great but they did eventually contact me stating they have purchased a new kick plate. Today I stopped by and they did fit it aswell. Staff were friendly again so it did all work out well. After seeing other reviews it seems the Bexhill branch do follow issues up and resolve them.

Terrible experience had my car for over 3 months had to get updates myself by calling no communication car wasnt finished properly wouldnt recommend. Avoid and use someone else more professional

Brilliant Service from Start to Finish
When my VW went into Apollo Dover the damage was minimal and thankfully repairable. I was thrilled to receive my car back in pristine condition. It looks brand new!!. The customer service I received in person and online matched the quality of the repairs. Excellent job. Thank you to all the repair staff and the very helpful Kirsty on the end of the phone.

The repair was carried out quickly, and we were happy with the service.

Unfortunately, when my wife returned the courtesy car, they found a scratch on one of the alloy wheels, you had to get your face right up to the wheel to see it! They charged me £138.00 for the "repair " !!!!

I appealed with several emails. Customer services just sent me the lease conditions and told me the matter was closed.

Disappointed, I would have accepted their decision begrudgingly had it been done more professionally. Instead I felt I had to warn customers on Trust pilot.

Would not recommend Apollo. They scraped and damaged a brand new alloy wheel which they had just fitted, didn’t check the vehicle when it left the garage and the best they can do is offer a refurb with a 1 year guarantee. This is on a lease car with 24 months to run leaving me potentially to pay for another refurb should the wheel deteriorate which from experience refurbished alloys usually do. I’m taking it up with Admiral insurance and can’t be bother to argue anymore with them. 0/10

collected car after Aviva repair and found tree twigs and toxic bird mess in my boot and more twigs in my bonnet. Apollo Bexhill denied responsibility for this despite me giving them my car in immaculate condition. this company was on an approved repairer list for Aviva car insurance! i am very shocked at what happened. was told my car was ready on wednesday and someone would call me on tuesday to confirm. no calls so rang them on thursday instead, poor customer service. area manager did not respond to my complaint after 1 month until i asked him about it! shocking service again. they would not pay for valet for the birds mess in the boot issue. really upsetting experience with APOLLO BEXHILL.

This company is a joke, at first they seem to be alright but once you get your car back be prepared to have other damaged caused that they will try to hide by making you pay excess first! Please do not do this and insist on seeing your vehicle, they said they would contact me about fixing what they broke and have not. Complete joke of a repair service!

Andrew Lamont dealt with repairs to my Range Rover Sports vehicle. Very good communication and good aftercare. Would definitely recommend for a seamless transaction and will use again. Thank you to Andrew and the team

Well what can we say about these jokers Apollo Worthing,had my car 3 weeks it came back with orange peel,a dent in the door and scratches down my car,I called to complain and had to drive an hour to the garage for the car to be inspected,I was told maybe I had had another accident and damaged the car again!!! I only had it Back two days,my car goes back I’m supposed to get like for like and get a cheep dirty Skoda I had to even buy an air freshener for the loan car it smelt like feet was dirty inside and out also had cigs ash in which Apollo tried to blame me for and I don’t even smoke cigs I vape 😂 they used my petrol to collect and drop my car back so we’re now two trips back to the garage at my expense,the owner Alan Said he would fill my car as an apology 2 weeks later he sends a member of staff to put 20 petrol in my car after agreeing to fill it up he is rude and doesn’t care about customers he just wants car in and out and the money the words of his staff member!! Avoid this place I’ve complained to vizon who sent my car there and my insurance company,avoid these cowboys I have pics of the dodgy work done and sent them to my insurance,so not use this company!!!!!!!! Everything is an excuse I was told the orange peel was from a previous accident when the car is new and never been in an accident before they are laughable I wonder how many old people with Motability cars have been ripped off by these jokers!!!!! Oh and Alan’s excuse was I had smoked heavy in his hire car when I only had it two days it’s just laughable avoid avoid avoid

Bodywork fixed after accident, however nothing mechanical such as air con; which was a result of the accident. Now unsure if any other potential issues have been ignored. Impossible to contact, never answer the phone or phone back when messages left. They didn’t even know what car they were repairing when we arrived to drop it off.
Explains why they insisted I make payment before seeing my car. Now having to go to a different garage and spend more to have air con repaired and car checked for any other issues.

Apollo in Westbury was my insurance company's local approved repairer when I had a minor shunt. They certainly deserve to be. I was impressed with the care taken when I took my car in, and given an almost new courtesy car, an automatic which I had requested.
I was kept informed about progress with the repairs and my car was retuned without undue delay. Excellent service, thanks.

I cannot give enough praise to Apollo swindon. From my car being picked up, to delivery back. Absolutely first rate. I had regular updates about the repairs from “The Girls” at Apollo. Friendly and supportive. A special thanks to Tom the engineer too. I’d waited so long for the car body repairs until Apollo took over. The repairs are the best and when my car was returned it was quite emotional as it looked brand new! A Great job and a Great team…

If you have to have your car repaired do not go anywhere else!!!!! As they are the best i have ever used.It is like going back in time,they have respect are excellent efficient, there are not enough words to explain how good they are.Well done!!!!! I have just collected my Tesla from Apollo Motor Repairs in Sittingbourne, after damaging the rear quarter panel and bumper, and I must say it was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company from start to finish.

Both Helen and Jo on reception were always helpful and very efficient, and helped me deal with my insurance, and then booked in my repair, and kept me informed of the progress.

On the day of the repair, Paul and Steve came and looked round the car and took some photographs, and Steve then gave me a quick tour of the workshop and explained the process of how the repair would be done, panel replacement, and painting and it all very clean and looked incredibly professional.

I collected my car after 2 weeks, my car now looks like new, the repairs were first class. and whats more my car was cleaned inside and out

All in all I cannot recommend Apollo, high enough. Great job guys. Thank you.

Came to the Apollo Motor Group Polegate shop with a bumper trim that had come away. Very nice chap took our Tesla model x in straight away to have a look for us, even though they were extremely busy. He carried out a quick repair & sent us on our way with no charge! What a lovely chap. The offices ladies were also very pleasant & helpful. We look forward to using you in the future - although hopefully not too soon for our sake! Thank you so very much!
