If I could give a zero I would. Shockingly bad service and non existant communication. Exeter branch DO NOT USE THEM. They should not be offered or retain any insurance contracts they have. Had car for over 2 months with along list of broken promises wher they out and out lie.
Pothole grief sorted.
After ending up with both near side wheels in a deep country road rut, I took my Honda Civic to Apollo’s Bexhill workshop where they checked all wheels and adjusted the front tracking while I waited, and at a very reasonable price. I thoroughly recommend Apollo Bexhill!

First rate service at Dover branch. Insurance repair booked in within short time of referral. Excellent courtesy car. Kept informed of progress, which was completed ahead of scheduled repair time. Helpful and friendly staff. Strongly recommended.
Did not even repair my vehicle
Did not even repair my vehicle, took them 5 months to tell me the parts were not available. Sourced them myself within 24 hours and got the job done 21 days later at local garage, it took 2 hours.
This company are not interested in low value jobs and I have informed my insurer they should not be their preferred repairer.

From start to finish excellent customer service. Kept me updated and the car came back ahead of schedule and nice and clean. Excellent workmanship and lifetime guarantee as well.

When approached they lied and was told "it was already like that".
The cost of the repair to the insurance company was £1500 MORE than a quote I got from another local repair company.

After a collision with a deer I was directed to use Apollo in Swindon by my insurance company. The whole process was stress free and I was kept up to date at every stage by the excellent admin staff. Impressed from my initial contact, from phoning them I was kept updated on my car repair and when it would be returned. Replacement car delivery driver at the Polegate branch was so cheerful on delivery and return. Would definitely recommend this company and car repair was excellent

I scratched the bumper on my Mokka in…
I scratched the bumper on my Mokka in June.
It's taken 5 months to get it into Apollo's workshop in Poole.
The car has been in for 9 days so far.
Was promised ready 2 days ago.
The receptionist, very reluctantly, after I reminded her that I was a CUSTOMER, walked the 20 yds to the workshop and discovered that the bumper hasn't been painted yet.
Clearly, from her tone on the phone, she is used to fending off complaints every day. 'Customer service and satisfaction' don't seem to be concepts they are aware of in Poole.
The 'courtesy car', I paid for on my insurance policy is an automatic Corsa. It was dirty, months past a service according to its computer screen, an empty washer bottle and hardly any petrol.
I have renewed my insurance with another company because of the lousy service offered by Apollo.
Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience! Took weeks and weeks to repair came back the first time eventually as they couldn’t get the parts then they arrived some weeks after and was then collected again and took weeks and weeks to do a 30 hour job!! Offered a corsa as courtesy car to replace my 4WD while working on it!!! Lost a holiday because of the time the repair took even after explaining the vehicle needed to be back not to mention HUGE inconvenience and lost work because of the delay in repair!!! Spent hours and hours on the phone trying to get a answer….. none! On one occasion spent 5 hours 37 mins in the phone system
Under no circumstances would i use again! Informed my insurance company as it was “A approved contractor!”

Apollo Bexhill Such a bad garage unproffesional and people working there with no skills to do that job at all. After 2 weeks they say car is ready but when my husband go and see he didn't collect the job was not done propely and not right way so many thigs to do again. By the time we inform insurer what's going on and after a week they drop car to home adress when nobody was there and we could not to check the car front of garage employee and point what is still wrong. Again so many things not right the parts doesn't keep line they use double sided tape(very proffesional I guess) to stick some parts they lost some parts wihch they should not been even touch and the new one comes in different colour. They cause some additional damage on the car which was not there before prapobly doing one thing they damage other at the same time because they don't care about car and don't protect the other good part such a week job. They scratch the Windows and bonnet they make stain in boot probably they keep the dirty parts in there or Oil and don't even put any protection as mention before such not proffesional people without imagination they don't keep any standard. They found some damage on courtesy car but they were not able to noticed any defect on my car such a poor people without any skills they just want to take as much money as they can from insurance company and just go on. Be careful specially when you have nice and expensive car like mine. Very dissapointed. We can't leave the case like this and our car.

Fantastic service. Friendly and dedicated. Expert customer care. Very nice staff. Beautiful work, immaculate and I hardly recognised the car when I collected it. The whole job was really quite quick and looks like new again. I wouldn't hesitate to use this garage again.
Avoid. Awful communication and service.
Tried to call the Portsmouth head office to complain but there has been no answer for 10 minutes.
Could not get a repair at Basingstoke for 2 months but could have got it sooner if I did not rely on a courtesy car. Since my dad is disabled, a courtesy car was needed.
On the day of the repair, we phoned and our repair was cancelled as he could not secure us a courtesy car, as we have since changed insurers. They asked me for confirmation from our new insurers that we have access to a courtesy car. 1.5 hours later on the phone, despite having confirmation in a PDF document, the new insurers could get involved since they did not have a claim number (as the incident occurred with the previous insurers). They did not accept this, so I (the daughter of the driver) decided to lend my car to my father since he is disabled and relies on his car heavily. I was told in confidence that the repair would take 4 days, which was not stated whether it was working days.
4 working days later, I phoned them to ask how much longer the repair would take. The webform estimated the repair would be completed 12th September- three weeks later! After a abrupt phone call, I was told that I would be phoned later with an update.
I have always had such good service with all car repairs/ MOT etc, however, I have found this service generally shocking since there is a lack of consideration towards my disabled father, abrupt telephone manner and poor communication alongside mixed messages.
In hindsight, as the damage is minor damage, I would have not gone through with this claim and would avoid this company.

Having just received my car back from Apollo after having accident. The service that received was fantastic I really can't praise them enough from the start to the final delivery I was keep informed with the progress in a professional and friendly manner. The repair is first class and I can't see any signs of the accident repair.
The person who returned the car to my house explaining in detail all the work that had been done and the ongoing guarantee that comes with the repair. Apollo your the tops.

My advice is, DO NOT USE their service. No need to explain myself. It is not worth it. Trust me and you will safe yourself from a lot from troubles and headaches! This business shouldn't exist...
