Complete nightmare

Complete nightmare
Had my car for a month now and still no idea when I will get it back.
Estimated completion dates just keep going back.
Don’t have any courtesy cars and block your text reply’s when they text you.

Thank you Apollo 😊.

I scraped the side of our car on our gatepost and contacted my Insurance company, The AA.
They advised me to book my car into Apollo for the repair.
The results were .beyond my expectations.
Meticulous attention to detail. Total professionalism throughout.
Our car was returned in pristine condition.
I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending them.
Many thanks Apollo.

They had trouble locating a door good for Salisbury Apollo they never gave up xp

They had trouble locating a door for my Mokka but never gave up and kept me informed all the way they had my car six weeks and returned it looking like a brand new car. Thank you for your perseverance. Staff very polite and friendly oh and happy. Would not hesitate to use again one very happy customer would give 10 out of 10 if I could well done all x

Tracy and the lad at Exeter Apollo were great, my car was in 3 weeks for repair. I was kept updated well. Polite friendly staff. I prob annoyed them as did ring a lot to check progress nearing the 3rd week. Sorry. Would be happy for

Apollo exeter are not the best in their field
Accident was in February/ March of this year cancelled 2 appointments now told me can’t be repaired until June 15 with no guarantee of that date was told my car was roadworthy after police sopped me for defective lighting but was told by the highly experience desk driver that it was fit to drive
Guess what they will not be seeing my car to repair as I have absolutely no faith in their office staff never mind their body shop if my dealings with them are anything like the office

Not happy customer or service received …

Van went in then 4 1/2 days later not heard from anyone at Apollo had to call them myself to find out what was going on told to collect it and leave enterprise hire van there and they would inform enterprise to collect it phoned enterprise Monday morning and they hadn’t been informed and thanked me for letting them know ( I left hire van on road for 4 days and Apollo never informed enterprise so I was still responsible for it. Also told by Apollo any problems with the lights get back in touch on Monday so I did at 8.05 left several messages and was told I would receive a call back never received any calls so I called Apollo back at 4.30 and told by receptionist I should have had a call back But I did not that’s why I am calling you yet again. So now I have to drive around in a van with faulty lights that keep flashing on and off. Terrible service Terrible garage and and not bothered about calling customers back or keeping them informed what is going on

My car was taken in simply to repair a rear end hit to the bumper. When I received the vehicle a month later, the bumper was still askew, the roof ariel has been snapped off, the dash cam had been taken off the front windscreen mount and was sitting in the centre console and there was damage to the front bumper.
On reviewing the camera footage it appears that someone reversed my car into something then shot forward hitting a wall !!!
I was going to leave a link to the video but I don't want anyone to lose their job over this, however incompetent.
Very poor show.
The paint job was ok. That gives you an extra star.

Very quick service and although there was a minor hiccup with part of the repair The lovely Tracey and Byron sorted it very quickly. Even offered to wash my car again and filled up my washer fluid. Brilliant service and great repairs.

Outstanding service - Sittingbourne Apollo

Through my insurance company, Apollo Sittingbourne had collected my car that was smashed into while parked (had it 5 days, cheers)

They’ve been outstanding to put it shortly. Collected the car when they said they would, have dealt with me very professionally and charismaticly over the phone with all my questions.

The engineer have done a sublime job, wouldn’t know half the cars a*** was missing! Fantastic services, I hope to never have to have my car repaired and damage rectified again but if I do I know where to take it.

The Exeter branch was amazing really…

The Exeter branch was amazing really friendly and they done amazing job on my volvo car. They even took my car back to enterprise for me and they picked my car up so I didn't have to worry about how to get between places very pleased customer and I have a life time warranty 5 stars for me

TOTAL LOSS GOODBYE NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOU NOW

I have just found out that my car is a right off and they are taking it away without a call or anything. Personal belongings still in car I have had to chase them up every time about the history of my car it is a disgrace no one can bother to phone me and let me know what is going on.
Now Apollo wants to take the courtesy car away from me. I have had it for nearly a week. What do I do? No car no work. I am fully Comprehensive with my Insurers AA.
Why bother paying for this and going down this route. They wash their hands of you when your car is a right off without giving you the chance to sort things out. It takes time it doesn't happen overnight. What sort of people are we dealing with here Apollo & AA. No one cares about the customer here. It is a disgrace. One very unsatisfied customer.

Apollo provide an excellent service

Apollo provide an excellent service. All of the people I dealt with were professional and polite. I dealt with Joanna from the moment my car was booked in for the repair to the day I collected it. She is absolutely brilliant. I would happily recommend their service.

Apollo Exeter - First Class Service

Have just picked up my car from Apollo Exeter after a minor repairs were organised by my insurer Aviva Private Clients. From the initial phone call from Tracey to arrange bringing the car in for the assessment, the whole process was faultless. Chris conducted the estimation at 10am and by 1pm I received a call to book the car in a few days later. My insurer arranged the hire car and fitted in with Apollo’s time frame. I was fully informed by Simon of the progress and of a minor delay awaiting a part. The car was ready and waiting on the agreed day and special mention to Cary the workshop controller who handed the car back and went through the details to ensure I was happy.
No one likes their car off the road but Apollo made the process pain and hassle free - thank you guys

Having read some of negatives on here I’m baffled. When you’re dealing with insurance companies, (especially the cheaper on-line type companies you get what you pay for), add in the mix hire cars, as well as the repairer and there are so many permutations of things going wrong. I’m not judging here and have no affiliation to Apollo but any body shop, not just Apollo, can not do any work, or extra work that may have been hidden until further dismantling until agreed by the insurer!! They can’t be blamed for hire cars arranged by your insurer either!

I was given a list of repairers to choose from by my insurers AVIVA following a recent accident. I opted for Apollo Exeter and I am so glad I did. Excellent service and workmanship and I cannot fault anything. The team were fantastic and I highly recommend this company. Thank you for doing a great job.

Dear Hastings and Apollo Motor Group

Dear Hastings and Apollo Motor Group

I would like to leave a formal complaint from my current experience using your services and vehicle repair company, Apollo Motor Group Exeter.

My overall feedback would be of poor and lack of customer service both from yourselves following my car accident, also, the claim through to your repair garage Apollo Motor Group in Exeter. I am still currently waiting for my car to be fixed 5 weeks later.

I had my accident on 27th October and my claim was submitted and confirmed on 28th October. I proceeded to log into your portal to allocate and book my car in to one of your selected repair garages. 2 days had passed and no contact had been made from Hastings or the garage. My insurance included a courtesy car, I am a full-time working mum in the NHS who had childcare responsibilities and travel needs to my workplace at Torbay Hospital, therefore having no car caused a huge amount of stress and anxiety.
I had to contact Hastings on day 3 of my claim to request a courtesy car and an update of when my car would be collected to be taken to the repair garage in Exeter.

My car was collected on 3rd November, 6 days after my claim was submitted to Hastings. During the collection I had a pickup driver rudely calling me saying he cannot drive up my road and I would need to drive my car down to him, my car was not safe, nor legal to drive. The driver proceeded to call me 3 times before approaching my road to figure out he could indeed drive up my road and he had mistaken the road.

My car was taken to the garage and I was still left with no courtesy car. After numerous of stressful calls, my partner intervened and contacted the repair garage to arrange a courtesy car. I had to arrange transport up to Exeter to collect my courtesy car on 8th November, 12 days following my claim.

We were then provided from the garage/ customer service an online portal which showed ‘live’ updates of the repair of my car.

The car was originally due for collection Friday 12th November as stated on the 'live' system, 12th November had passed and no contact made from the garage.
The ‘live’ system then changed the following Monday to 17th November, again no contact from the garage to inform us of the delay. It then got to the end of the week Friday 19th November, and I had to call the garage for an update from them.
I was informed they were waiting a part to be delivered but the very latest collection would be Wednesday 24th November. 24th November had passed as still no contact from the garage, I then called again on Friday 26th November to be informed they were awaiting another part.

At this stage I am extremely disappointed, stressed and anxious that I had received absolutely no courtesy calls throughout the whole process from the garage to inform of the delay. I absolutely understand the delays and fully accept parts are taking longer to be delivered, but the 0 effort and contact from customer service has been appalling.

The ‘live’ system does not work as the system. The system is still showing my car should be ready for collection on 24th November. Luckily, I have made the courtesy call to the garage every time for an update as I could have turned up to the garage following the ‘live’ instructions stating it would be ready.

The telephone call ended on Friday 26th November with being informed my car would be ready ‘worst case mid next week (1st December)' yet I am here again today with no contact via email or phone call with an update.

It is now 5 weeks since my accident and not one call has been made to me throughout the full 5 weeks. I and my partner have needed to make the calls ourselves to recieve any form of communication.

The service provided has, and currently been, absolutely appalling and not acceptable. I would not recommend Hastings or Apollo Motor Garage to anyone and this will be made clear to all managers.

I expect to receive a formal response to this email from management at both Hastings and Apollo Motor Group.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
When my car went into Apollo Dover the damage was extensive. I was thrilled to receive my car back in pristine condition. It looks brand new. The customer service I received in person and online matched the quality of the repairs. Excellent job. Thank you to all the repair staff and the very helpful staff on the end of the phone. My Audi A1 and I can’t thank you enough.

Shame I can’t give zero!!!
Appollo Poole, Didn’t fix my car properly THEN FURTHER DAMAGED IT IN FRONT OF ME AND THEY FOUND IT FUNNY. AND DENY IT, insurance are paying for it to be fixed and they say not, OUT TO RIP YOU OFF AND CAUSE MORE DAMAGE TO YOU CAR.

BASICALLY AVOID THESE COWBOYS AT ALL COSTS
