I’ve been ordering from Altheat for over a year now , in the beggining everything was good , over time the quality of the cuts of meat had dropped , a few times has been under weight , and the rump steaks have more fat on that meat , if you are paying top money for top meat that’s what you expect

If the quality hasn’t improved in the next order I’ll find an alternative.

Always respond very quickly and even though their delivery company lets them down sometimes they are very quick to respond and sort

I have only had two boxes from Athleat.
The first box I paid £4.50 to be delivered on Thursday, which it never arrived and I had a bbq planned for that evening (I did get credited for this on my account when I spoke to them).

My second box has been so disappointing. Firstly my pack of 10 chicken breasts only came with 9 (Again I got credited with £3 when I spoke to them).
There has been numerous issues with the meat, which I just can’t understand considering the price I’m paying for supposedly high quality productS.
The beef mince had so much gristle in it as well as little bone shards - it was inedible. I thought maybe I might have just had a bad batch (still no excuse) but I’m sat here now eating their pork mince picking out yet more gristle.
The chicken I had the other night had 2 pieces of little bone in it too.

Just totally unacceptable and certainly not receiving the quality products they advertise on website and pay for.

BEEF MINCE was grey and God knows how old. It doesn't taste good either, I gave my whole 5kg bulk order to the dogs, as it was disgusting to eat.
PORK MINCE was at least 50% Fat, total rip off
CUSTOMER SERVICE no response to my email enquiry after 4 days.

having been with athleat for many years and having no problems, I am a rep box customer ad spend between 120-170 pcm the orders have been going donw hill but today was the final straw! many of my orders where wrong amd the meat has gone down hill to what it was, pitty I cant post photos as you can see for your self

Ordered my first box about two weeks ago and I'm really impressed. The box / packaging was great and I was very excited when unpacking open it all. The meat looked (and since tasted) sensational. I will look to order every 6 weeks and I've recommended to friends already! 5 star!!

Wide selection of products, all free range and/or grass fed. My order arrived on the selected date, perfectly packaged and cooled.
The meat is of the highest quality, the lamb was expertly deboned and prepared, all excess fat removed.
The chicken breasts were also perfectly prepared, all fat and sinue removed.
Super service providing a super product.

It was very good to get a delivery in this difficuit time. A good service & a delivery of quality produce.

Ordered from them the first time and my meat arrived last Thursday, I must say it was delicious - the lamb went down a treat on Sunday. I was just happy in the first place I could order online with ease but to then taste this good, I will be placing my next order very soon.

The meat is amazing; I will not be using a supermarket for my meat again; you can really tell the difference, not full of water and my girls even knew the difference and are now actually eating meat, whereas before they were fussy eaters. Also, even during this current situation, the meat arrived on time. I wont look back and have already recommended to my friends and family.

Rubbish customer service food delivered late refuse to give you full refund as food is not chilled when received say they delivered within their parameters. Don’t let the customer finish talking sighs when she has to listen
. Good job Gemma would not have given any stars but unable to leave a review otherwise eventually agreed to give refund but I did not believe her.

Top class meat products, excellent packaging and on time , package was well protected with ice containers ensuring the meat was as fresh as could be. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and this is top quality meat . Satisfied customer.

Fabulous!! I am so glad to find them and placed my first ever order just to try. I have a repbox now and they are delivering my box every six weeks. Not a single problem happened or bad quality meat sent ever. We dont buy any type of meat from supermarkets anymore and still delivering during the COVID-19. Highly trustworthy!

About to receive my third RepBox and I cannot rate highly enough, fantastic service from the company getting great tasting quality healthy meat right to my doorstep.

Really impressed with the service, so easy to use and keep you updated every step of the way with delivery. Quality of the meat we had ordered has been exceptional. Pleasure to deal with. They offer everything I could need apart from more ofal. I’ve tried almost everything they offer over the year. Christmas turkey from here each year, customer service excellent and Alana has dealt with any queries or issues I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend
