Great products but the delivery firm weren't that great ... disregarded my specific instructions which could have led to my purchases being spoiled.

I have struggles to find suppliers of calves liver and yet the production of calves are a direct result of the huge dairy industry. Why more butchers and more especially supermarkets don't supply veal and my favourite, calves liver is beyond belief. Athleat do supply calves liver......it's not cheap, but the quality is amazing. Long may you continue say I.

I never really leave reviews for companies but on this occasion I feel it's only fair. communication was excellent, if anything i'd say I didn't need as many notifications. delivery, normal process was upset collection wasn't possible but understood why when I called. Meat tasted amazing and we all loved it. Our dog Byson even got some left overs and we've never seen him clean a bowl so fast.

First order received this week ready for our daughters 21st birthday party this weekend, spoke with Alanah on the phone who recommended some cuts of meat and placed the order for me for delivery on Friday. It arrived Friday when the text said it would, we cooked it all and everyone at the party commented on how good the meat tasted. Will be ordering again. Thank you Athleat and please tell Alanah the burgers she suggested went down an absolute treat.

I was trying to find a similar service to another well known protein provider that I could trace the provenance of the meat and be able to talk to someone about my order. I am already on the repeat boxes, because the service is brilliant and the meat is fab. Genuinely great wee company. Love the fact they also are personal on your orders and nothing goes to waste.

Ok so Update, Below was my initial review of 1 Star ! Turns out there was a technical glitch and Alana has gone above and beyond to sort the situation out, They clearly and genuinely care about customers !!! More so than any other company i have used. Cannot thank them enough absolutely outstanding turn around and response.

Use them They are fantastic.

Didnt help that im not eating sugar and i love chocolate get a tad emotional

I dont get this company at all. Website is great, easy to navigate, Good range, Decent Pricing everything looks great

So i ordered my Box and selected the Repeat option, Paid happy days

DHL deliver to my house few days later all good there, Open the box and half my order is missing £20+ of food i have paid for just not there.

Ok accidents and mistakes happen no probs at all. Send them an email at 20,00 explaing with pics for evidence. By the way packaging was great, Looks professional the lot

Next Day its 1400 i hear nothing, So i call them and get a nice enough lady, think it was a virtual receptionist ? might be wrong.

Explain the situation to have the phone put down on me, So i call back and she takes my number. I send another email to the company, I use the companies website contact portal. Still nothing

Its now 24+ Hours since delivery of half my order, with no contact or explanation.

i dont get it at all.

cancelled my repeat box which i would of had every month until the end of time due to my diet, They have lost out on so much business. I would of got all the lads at my gym onto them ? i have a diet business with thousands of followers that i would of told to buy grass fed from here ?? unbelievable

Over £60 so I got a £10 discount. Signed up to repbox so received few emails before dispatch and final email on day of dispatch with tracking number.

Text received from DHL on day order was due to be delivered. Delivered right on time.

With unexpected heat here this weekend we had a bbq and ended up using all of the meat. Everyone said how nice it was.

I’ve already updated my repbox for an earlier delivery. So far so good.

Happy with everything from Athleat. Meat tastes good and repbox service is great as I don’t have to leave the house to get my meat delivered. I had a delivery issue last week with my address which was resolved straight away by customer service and meat arrived early next day and was just as tasty

Started ordering from Athleat in 2018 and we can certainly taste the difference in the meat. Even guests we've had at the house for BBQS and parties have said how nice the meat is.

meat from here has always been great quality. keep up the good butchering

Been meaning to write this review for a while after being a customer for nearly a year. Meat is great, tastes much better than supermarket meat and I didn’t think I would taste a different at first. I’ve not had meat from anywhere else in a long time and won’t do

Lovely meat that me and all my family love. Wish they had sweet Chili burgers again though

Been a customer for a few years. Bacon is the absolute best but can be tricky to get hold off

Generally happy with Athleat, last order was underweight by a large amount but I emailed them and the problem was sorted. Although it was resolved, it was underweight by a big amount I do think it should have been picked up before it was sent. I will give Athleat another chance

Athleat would have full five star if delivery costs were less expensive and bacon was available more.

After being vegan for a while when I decided to try meat again it was important that I found a company who looked after their animals and offered good tasting meat. I think I’ve found that with Athleat and will be back to order more once I run out

It looks like Athleat have received some bad reviews recently which is upsetting. I’ve been a customer for over two years now and am part of the repbox service they offer. I’ve had a few issues with items missing but the issues have always been resolved. Every few orders I also receive a free item of meat which we always enjoy. For the past two years we’ve had our Christmas meat from Athleat and the whole family were impressed with the quality of the meat. The only complaint I could say I have is that the bacon always seems to be out of stock and it’s the best bacon we’ve ever had. Order more bacon Athleat. Prices have recently gone up but if quality of meat stays same we are still happy customer

Minus for the quality of mince. It is not clear that fat% is not always the 5% and can vary.
Minus for the mismatch labels that looked suspicious.
Minus for the very slow and not so great customer service.
Plus for very nice chicken breasts, yum yum!
Plus for very tasty burgermix, yummmm!
