Softener serviced efficiently
The engineer from Atlantis, Steve, arrived promptly, worked efficiently and tidily, and completed the servicing of our water softener in 45 minutes. He also gave me some useful advice on how often the softener should be re-filled with salt (every three weeks). Good work, Steve!

Replacement Resin
The engineer had been to my property previously to do a service so knew where everything was and didn’t need any assistance. He replaced the resin which was the reason for the visit and also changed two small parts he thought were wearing, these were changed as part of guarantee. The whole job was just over £200 including the resin and any parts which I think is great value. The engineer is knowledgeable and extremely courteous.

Helped with the problem over the Christmas period and booked an engineer visit soon after. Fixed the problem with a very full explanation, very pleasant and knowledgeable engineer, who arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. Excellent Company highly recommended.
