New bike required.....
Had been looking for a new bike for some time. Had used Balfe's before and was really pleased with their service. Therefore, once I had decided my price range, had no hesitation on returning to them. I had my previous bike delivered and set up at home. This time I chose to collect, and it was just as easy as having the previous one delivered. Also enjoyed a very pleasant 25 mile ride home.

Well done Matt on finding me a great bike!
Have you given full credit to Matt for helping source a new bike with very little notice. Despite Trek showing a bike in stock which we ordered, it didn’t exist despite paying the deposit. When advised it was not available Matt had the solution and sourced a replacement bike which turned out to be much more suitable for my needs.
Little bit of internal confusion between staff at Balfe’s about delivery…but Matt & Simon got it sorted for me!

Outstanding purchase experience from professionals who really take pride in serving customers.
Picked up my New Trek today at the Reigate store, bike set up ready to go, chap helped me buy some accessories and quickly fitted some I had taken off my previous Trek Bike.

From the moment I saw my new bike.
From the moment I saw my new bike in the window at Balfe's Bikes, Reigate, and walking into the shop to make my first enquiry, I was treated extremely well by the staff members who were very keen to assist me with my questions. After speaking to the manager I was able to negotiate a deal which both parties were happy with. I now have a new bike :-D Overall a great experience.
