Bought a 19" waterproof bathroom smart mirror TV, to replace a very similar Sarason unit which was a few years old.

The TV offers great picture quality and superb sound quality (which actually uses the wall as a speaker, delivering really impressive sound that is much "bigger and deeper" than you'd expect: it sounds like it's linked to a speaker system. The only note of caution here is that it's almost as loud from the other side of the wall.

The smart TV software is a bit clunky and not as easy as you might expect from the big asian companies like Sony, LG etc.

But I'm told that Bathroom TV are a British company who do their own software design, and you can't buy waterproof TVs from the big manufacturers. So, although the software DOES need some work, if you want a decent bathroom TV and want to support British companies then you can't do much better.

Their customer service is excellent.

Keeps losing internet, have called provider many times and they are saying internet connection is really good.
Buffers all the time!
Have went back to taking iPad in bath.
Electrician coming back to wire it to the router, yet another cost.

Definitely worth the money! Picture is clear and good. The sound is brilliant.

Disappointed certain apps were not preinstalled and do not show on App Store. Struggling to install Netflix app, Amazon Movies and Disney plus as do not show in play store as the TV is not Google play certified.The TV is Running Android 7.1.1. Apparently you have to force the install of these apps from the app web page outside of the play store because it will not do so automatically The remotes are a nightmare.

In light of my disappointment with the white glass, received follow up correspondence with the Bathroom TV Customer Service Manager, Jason, who proposed that they would arrange to swap the white glass for black, which I agreed to. Pick up and re-delivery was very timely arranged, the after sales and customer service by the Bathroom TV team was excellent, sincere thanks 👍

Initial review below:
Pros:
Good order facility with very timely delivery service, TV was well packaged and protected.
Good quality and sturdy equipment.
Fitting was easy, instruction manual is basic, however sufficient.
Picture quality is good.
Cons:
Ordered a white surround TV, my main disappointment is the “white” colour is more of glass green than white, and therefore doesn’t look as good as it should on a white bathroom wall 😠 Should have ordered a black surround possibly 🤔
Sound quality could be better, as near max level of volume is required to hear the TV.
HDMI port access is restricted due close proximate of the adjacent cable ports, therefore if fitting a Firestick, an extension cable is required, which is generally supplied with the Firestick.
Fire stick requires a separate power supply as HDMI’s give insufficient voltage, warning notice given when setting up the Firestick.
Above Firestick points are not show stoppers, Firestick can be easily fitted, set up and works well. Just good to know these points before hand.
Wanted to chat with customer service prior to making a purchase, however got through to receptionist on a couple of occasions and was promised a call back, which never resulted.
Overall a good product, major disappointment is the surround colour is not as advertised.

Ordered a Watervue TV to replace an old one from another manufacturer. Delivery was as stated. Good points: Good product, good picture and simple to use. Bathroom TV were helpful when I contacted with an install query. Bad points: Manual is very basic. No fitting instructions. Fitting Video on site is slightly wrong. Tips: cut the aperture around 1mm to 2mm shallower than the box to allow for more silicone. Centre of cut-out aperture needs to be around 3mm deeper as TV protrudes through the box slightly. Cover magnets with sticky tape when doing a trial fit to make it easier to remove. Stereo Audio Out is mislabeled - ls actually audio-in for component video. I recommend an external amp (connected to headphone output) and external speakers as the internal speakers don't go very loud.

I had one big issue with TV and contacted one of staffs at Bathroom TV. The staff solved my problem immediately and really pleased with their service.

Tv is fabulous and the software is amazing.

Fitted this TV today. Appears great but very difficult to navigate around certain apps which is what I wanted it for. I do not want to have to purchase a fire stick for this as this is extra money I wasn't expecting to pay

Excellent service even though I caused some confusion when ordered...

All set up, just waiting to fit in the bathroom and then bring on Apple TV, Freeview and Prime/Netflix....

Pictures perfect and sound is amazing considering the application...

Received the TV very quickly so great service there. The screen was easy to install although the 12v lead from the transformer is too short for many custom installations where you need a longer reach than 1.5m.

Set up is very easy - quick connection to wifi and easy to set up the tuner and install apps, such as Netflix. But if you have any light in the room, you get really bad refelction / glare from the mirror finish. As such, watching the screen in light conditions is quite difficult. Its awesome in the dark but not good in the light.

Also, the user interface is so, so when using the tuner, EPG and youtube but pretty horrible when navigating around Netflix. Really need better instructions and a more intuative navigation. for example, activating 'mouse mode' you need to hit the blue button twice. Found this out after 15 minutes trial and error - not in the instructions at all!

Sound quality is surprisingly good. A bit quiet on Netflix but good range of sound - not overly tinny which I thought it would be.

In summary, if you have a light & bright room, you'll struggle to see the picture. If you can darken the room and can put up with an average to poor UI, the picture quality is excellent and sound is good.
