I was very impressed with helpful and attentive staff. My bathroom isn't very big but they were so helpful with space saving ideas which made the end result beautiful. The range and quality of goods are excellent.

In short, Simon Cookson!!
He guided me through a fairly complex bathroom x 2 renovation, helping me choose high end products but saving costs where possible. Bathroom village had a no quibble return on some items that had made a mistake with, and Simon was always prompt to return calls and mails. This is a very good one stop showroom for bathroom needs for any style, and Simon is encyclopaedic regarding the products. I have recommended them highly to Freinds and colleagues

Great service and advice received
Great service and advice received each time I have visited. We have been restoring our Edwardian Villa which over time requires attention to four bathrooms. Devon is always helpful, patient and willing to discuss and amend drawings as needed. He is happy to run through any ideas or problems we encounter and often finding suitable solutions. He recently arranged a beautiful opaque, bespoke bathroom shower enclosure. We love it it’s worked brilliantly! Thanks Devon!

The service I received from Manager Paul Mason was excellent. He was very knowledgeable in all of their products. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and the finished product is amazing. I would highly recommend Bathroom Village.

I visited the Exeter showroom recently to look at options for our family bathroom. This is the best showroom in Exeter with multiple displays and different brands to see. The team are friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy in sales.

Excellent experience with Bathroom Village. I rarely post on Trust Pilot but wish to praise this Company. I was able to source exactly what I needed from this Company and was given knowledgeable information from the technical staff to ensure my choice fulfilled my measurements and specific requirements. Vicky in Customer Service is very professional and deals with queries quickly. One item was delayed, I was informed quickly, given options to cancel or wait and delivery updates were given regularly. Delivery and transport was arranged without an hitch and the items arrived in perfect condition. I will not hesitate to deal with Bathroom Village again online and it will be my first port of call when I renovate my bathroom.

Just to confirm the issues raised. You placed an order with us on 26/8 at 10.46. Unfortunately, the item that you ordered with us had recently been discontinued by the manufacturer and we made you aware of this on the same day at 11.21. Apologies for this. As part of this email, we also offered different options that were similar to the discontinued item but you did not wish to proceed with this option and instructed us to cancel the order.
As quoted in your confirmation email we do advise that if there are any issues with stock we will be back in touch with you which we have been in this case within an hour of the order being placed.
Your instruction was actioned, the order cancelled and a full refund request was raised. As stated in our terms and conditions, which you agreed to during the checkout process, refunds can take up to 14 days and will be on the way to you this week.

Unfortunately due to the products that we provide occasionally damages can occur, sorry to hear that the item you ordered was damaged by our courier. The £12 delivery charge that you paid is a standard small item fee and is clearly displayed on our website and also during the checkout process. Also in addition our estimated lead times are also displayed on all products.
We have checked our phone records and can see that you tried to contact us yesterday at midday. Unfortunately, we were on the phone assisting other customers at this time and so you left a voicemail. We attempted to call you back yesterday at 14.19 but there was no answer so we left a voicemail asking you to contact us.
This morning we can see that you attempted to contact us at 8.15 however as stated on our opening times unfortunately we do not open until 9am. We can confirm that your emails had been received yesterday at 12.07 and also this morning at 8.20 however we have already contacted you via the phone and a voicemail left asking you to contact us both yesterday and again this morning.
After speaking to our team first thing this morning as requested by you we have cancelled the order and a full refund has been requested. This was also confirmed to you via email at 9.50.
Please accept our apologies again that the shelf you ordered arrived damaged.
